If you are looking for a detailed Up2Give review, then you are in the right spot!
I’ve been seeing some people talking about this company on some social media websites I frequently visit online, and I wanted to see what it is all about.
I am going to take the time to research the internet and bring you the information about the company, what Up2Give offers, and how you can make money with the compensation plan they offer.
Furthermore, I am also going to review all the information to make sure that the company has all the requirements needed to not be a scam by looking at the owner and the business model.
I will let you know about my final thoughts and recommendation in the final section of my review.
With that said, let’s dig in and see what we can learn.
What Is Up2Give Review?
After taking a look at the information, Up2Give is an MLM company that has a gifting aspect to it where members have to participate in giving and receiving Bitcoin to earn money.
The official verbiage that the company uses for their opportunity is “crowdfunding” or “donation” based opportunity, but let’s dig in to see if that is really the case.
One of the things that I like to see on any MLM company website is information about the owner.
This will give me the ability to take some time to research the background and experience that the owner has.
I don’t know about you, but I would never join any owner that has a reputation for scamming people out of money.
Unfortunately, the Up2Give company website doesn’t give out any information about the owner.
This is a red flag for me since any owner that believes in their product is more than happy to put their name on it.
I decided to take a closer look and checked out the domain name information with a whois lookup and here is what I found:
- The domain name “up2give.com” was registered on 8-27-2019.
- The domain name was registered privately.
Since the domain name was registered privately, I didn’t find any further information with that source.
When digging a little further, I found a video that explained that Jerry Lopez is the CEO of Up2Give.
The only background information that I found is that he was promoting a couple of MLM companies and then turned to promote a couple of investment ROI types of crypto companies that I rarely recommend due to the lack of compliance details those companies fail to provide.
That is all I got on the details about the company with the information that I was able to dig up.

What Products Do Up2Give Offer?
In this section of my review, I am going to reveal the products or services that this company offers.
Now, since Up2Give is an MLM company, they need to offer a retail product or service to be a legal company in the US and many other countries.
The company does not offer any retail products or services that a customer can purchase without having to join as an affiliate member.
One amazing point that I found is that even the company website stated that they don’t offer any retail products or services.
The FTC would have a field day with them if they would ever look into them.
With that said, let’s continue to the next section.

How Does The Up2Give Compensation Plan Work?
This section of my review will cover how you can make money with the opportunity that Up2Give offers.
Since the company doesn’t offer any products or services, you are basically paying for a position in the compensation plan to pay and receive bitcoin through other members.
Purchasing a position qualifies you as an affiliate member which means that you can earn commissions by recruiting others to this program through your affiliate link that the company gives you.
How To Make Money With Up2Give
After reviewing the compensation plan, it is structured in a gifting payment plan.
What this means is that you will have to fill up small matrices in order to earn commissions and to move to the next small matrix that provides higher commissions.
The matrices that they offer are structured in a 2X1 and 2X6.
The 2×1 only holds 2 positions which is simple enough and the 2X6 holds more positions.
The 2X6 matrix holds 2 positions on the first level, 4 positions on the second, 8 positions on the 3rd, and then keeps multiplying down to the 6th level.
When affiliate members fill the 2 positions on the 2X1 matrix, you earn 0.01 BTC which will pay for the monthly fee that all members are required to pay.
Each member needs to pay 0.005 BTC to fill one of the positions.
The commissions that you earn from the 2X1 matrix will be used to fill your first position in your 2X6 matrix.
Once you start building your 2X6 matrix is where you can make some good money.
The cost to participate in each level will require a monthly fee in bitcoin.
The total amount of commissions that you can earn per level is not really disclosed, but I do know the cost for each level which I will list below:
Here is a quick breakdown of the cost:
- Level 1 – This level will require a 0.01 BTC payment to get a position.
- Level 2 – This level will require a 0.01 BTC payment to get a position.
- Level 3 – This level will require a 0.02 BTC payment to get a position.
- Level 4 – This level will require a 0.05 BTC payment to get a position.
- Level 5 – This level will require a 0.25 BTC payment to get a position.
- Level 6 – This level will require a 1 BTC payment to get a position.
This is all the information that I have about the gifting compensation plan that Up2Give offers and how you can make money with it, let’s continue.

My Up2Give FAQ Section
This section is where I will cover some of the questions that people may have when thinking about joining the Up2Give opportunity.
Is Up2Give BBB Accredited?
No, Up2Give is not accredited with the BBB.
Not having accreditation with the BBB does not mean it’s a scam, it just means that the BBB doesn’t have them accredited or listed.
What’s The Cost To Join Up2Give?
The minimum cost to join Up2Give will cost you 0.005 BTC per month.
To be fully qualified in the 2×6 matrix will run you 1.345 BTC per month.
However, you need 0.01 to get started on level 1 of your 2×6.
Is Up2Give A Scam Or Legit Program?
After taking the time to review all the information on the company that I’ve found, I do not think it is a scam.
I do believe that the company is not in compliance with the MLM laws.
The model that Up2Give offers is nothing more than a bitcoin gifting scheme that offers no retail products or services.
