Truvy Review - Quality Health MLM Or Not Worth It?

If you’re looking for a detailed and trusted Truvy review, then you’re in the right place!

I wanted to find out what Truvy is all about because of some of the posts I found on the Internet about it which were quite promising.

But before you jump into any program, it is always wise to research a company to see if they are in compliance with the laws for the type of company they are running.

The majority of companies that I reviewed that are not in compliance get shut down by the government or close down within a year.

I am going to take a look at the information about the company, the products, and the compensation plan to see what they offer and how the company works.

Make sure to stick around to the end to see if Truvy is worth it in my opinion.

With that said, let’s dig in and see what it is all about.

What Is Truvy?

Truvy is an MLM company that offers health and wellness products that you can join as an affiliate member to make residual income with.

As an affiliate member, you can sell Truvy products to customers and earn commissions.

Company Overview.

One of the things that I like to see in any MLM company is who is the owner.

This will give me the ability to research and learn about the experience and history that an owner has.

With that said, the Truvy company is a rebranding of the company that was called Truvision that still has the same ownership.

All of the same products were carried over, they just decided to change the name and packaging designs for some reason.

The company’s founders of Truvy are Shawn Gibson and David Brown.

There were a couple of warnings that the company got as TruVision from the FDA that was concerning the products and manufacturing which the company took care of and fixed.

There are several reasons for a company rebranding but that information was not found.

Either way, I don’t see anything wrong with the company with the information that I was able to dig up.

With that said, let’s continue.

What Products Does Truvy Offer?

In this section of my review, I am going to cover the information about the products that Truvy offers.

As I mentioned at the beginning of my post, Truvy offers health and wellness products.

The “flagship” product that the company offers is called “Truvy” which is a package of products.

The Truvy products are green and healthy supplements that are supposed to maintain good health with a blend of healthy ingredients.

The package comes with 2 boxes and some Vy capsules.

Here are some of the general wellness products that Truvy offers:

truSlumber – This is a product that promotes a night of better restful sleep. You can pick this item up for $35.95.
truSlumber Gummy – This product claim is to help you have a better calmness and alertness throughout your day and also to aid in better restful sleep. You can pick this item up for $30.
VitaFix Gummy – This product is for increased energy and better health. retails at $30.
H&H Super Drink – This product includes elderberry, grape, watermelon, and pink grapefruit and the claim is to aid you in hydration of your body and promote a healthy heart. You can pick this item up for $49.95.
reNU – This product is a detox product. You can pick this item up for $27.50.
Vibrant – This is a patch that has CBD to relax you I guess. You can pick this item up for $93.75.
Balance – This is a product that is supposed to balance your body for better health. You can pick this item up for $34.80.
Harmony Patch – These are wild yam patches that are for women’s health. You can pick this item up for $49.
MSM – This product is for your joint health and also to expel heavy metals and other harmful stuff that is in your body. You can pick this item up for $23.75.
Women’s and Men’s Complete – This is their multivitamin for men and women. You can pick this item up for $41.25.
Pycnogenol – This is their antioxidant product. You can pick this item up for $42.50.
Omega 3 – This product is well known and is for heart health. You can pick this item up for $25.
Ubiquinol – This product contains CoQ10 which is a fat-soluble compound that helps in increasing your cell’s energy. You can pick this item up for $55.
Protein Cakes – These are protein treats in the form of smores and come in blueberry or cheesecake. You can pick this item up for $16.74.
Protein Popcorn – This is their protein-infused popcorn that also comes in some flavors. You can pick this item up for $17.94.
truMend – This is a balm that you can use on your skin for better skin health. You can pick this item up for $3 or $6.
Clearstick – This is a stick inhaler that has essential oils that you can inhale. You can pick this item up for $5 a stick.

Weight Loss Products

Here is a list of products that they offer in the weight loss category:

truFix – These are pills or a powdered drink mix that you can take that helps you maintain your blood chemistry. You can pick this item up for $42.95 for the pills or $60 for the powdered drink mix.
truControl – Thes are pills or a powdered drink mix that you can take that will help curb your appetite and boost your metabolism. You can pick this item up for $61.25for the pills or powdered drink mix.
rePlace – This is a vegan meal replacement that the company offers. You can pick this item up for $43.75.

Essential Oil Products

The company also offers a wide variety of essential oils.

With that said, let’s continue.

How Does The Truvy Compensation Plan Work?

In this section of my review, I am going to cover how the compensation plan works and how you can make money with the Truvy opportunity.

The way that Truvy’s compensation plan work is when you refer new members that pay for products and also retail customers that pay for products, you will earn commissions.

Most members will go on what is called an “auto-ship” which simply means that a product or products that they choose will be purchased each month without having to manually purchase them.

By doing this, you will earn what is called personal points or volume, and when your team or downline does the same, you will earn group points or volume which will also earn you even more commissions.

Usually, to qualify for higher commissions in any MLM company, you have to earn personal volume each month that will qualify you for commissions.

You can do this by obtaining retail customers, and/or going on an autoship for the required amount of points.

Your entire team will be doing the same and this is how residual income is earned.

The bigger the team, the higher you will earn each month.

With that said, let me breakdown how the Truvy compensation plan works for you since each MLM compensation plan is a bit different.

Truvy Ranks

The first thing that I like to take notice of are the ranks in any MLM company that I am looking at.

Reaching a higher rank in any MLM company will give you the opportunity to make more money in the company.

It also means your income is increasing and you will be earning more money on the monthly residual income as well as on the bonuses that the company offers.

I’ll cover the bonuses in the following sections, but for now, I am going to breakdown the ranks for you and how to qualify for them.

Associate Rank – To qualify for the first rank, you just need to join and maintain a monthly personal volume of 100.
Managing Associate Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to maintain 2 personally recruited Associate ranked members and have at least 5 total affiliate members in your downline.
Senior Associate Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to maintain 3 personally recruited Associate ranked members and have at least 30 total affiliate members in your downline.
1 Star Director Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to maintain 4 personally recruited Associate ranked members and have at least 90 total affiliate members in your downline.
2 Star Director Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to maintain 5 personally recruited Associate ranked members and have at least 250 total affiliate members in your downline. (25 minimum coming outside of 2 of the biggest legs.)
3 Star Director Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to maintain 5 personally recruited Associate ranked members and have at least 500 total affiliate members in your downline. (50 minimum coming outside of 2 of the biggest legs.)
4 Star Director Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to maintain 5 personally recruited Associate ranked members and have at least 1,000 total affiliate members in your downline. (200 minimum coming outside of 2 of the biggest legs.)
5 Star Director Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to maintain 6 personally recruited Associate ranked members and have at least 2,000 total affiliate members in your downline. (400 minimum coming outside of 2 of the biggest legs.)
6 Star Director Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to maintain 6 personally recruited Associate ranked members and have at least 4,000 total affiliate members in your downline. (800 minimum coming outside of 2 of the biggest legs.)
7 Star Director Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to maintain 6 personally recruited Associate ranked members and have at least 8,000 total affiliate members in your downline. (1600 minimum coming outside of 2 of the biggest legs.)
8 Star Director Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to maintain 6 personally recruited Associate ranked members and have at least 16,000 total affiliate members in your downline. (3200 minimum coming outside of 2 of the biggest legs.)

Additionally, for every rank you reach, you will need to maintain at least 100 PV.

PV just means the personal volume that you produce through your own purchases and any retail sales that you accumulate for that month.

Most affiliates cover their required PV through an autoship.

Retail Commissions

Retail commissions are simply the difference between the wholesale price that you can purchase the products for and the retail price that your customers buy those products from you.

This is totally different and separate from what your affiliate members purchase.

First Order Bonus Commission

The first order bonus commissions that Truvy offers you is when you and your team personally sponsors new affiliate members and retail customers into Truvy.

This is a higher percentage commission than you will earn for first-order purchases.

After you earn on this bonus, then you will start earning from the residual income compensation plan that I covered in the next section.

The requirements to earn this is the order that they have to make is at least a 75 PV or higher and you will have to produce at least 100 PV in the prior month..

With that said, there are 3 levels (unilevel) that you can earn from this bonus each month.

Here is a breakdown of what you can earn:

20% on your level 1.
10% on your level 2.
5% on your level 3 and 4 members.

Residual Income Commissions (unilevel)

Truvy pays and tracks the Residual Income Commissions that you can earn using the unilevel compensation plan.

These commissions start on the 2nd month of your member’s autoship.

As you increase your rank in the company, you will be able to earn residual income on more levels of your unilevel.

There are a total of 8 levels that you can earn from.

Here is a breakdown of what residual income that you can earn:

Associate Rank – Earn 7% on level 1 only.
Managing Associate Rank – Earn 7% on your levels 1 and 2 and 6% on level 3.
Senior Associate Rank – Earn 7% on your levels 1 and 2 and 6% on your levels 3 and 4.
1 Star Director Rank – Earn 7% on your levels 1 and 2, 6% on your levels 3 and 4, and 5% on level 5.
2 Star Director Rank – Earn 7% on your levels 1 and 2, 6% on your levels 3 and 4, and 5% on levels 5 and 6.
3 Star Director Rank – Earn 7% on your levels 1 and 2, 6% on your levels 3 and 4, and 5% on levels 5 to 7.
4 Star Directors and higher Ranks – Earn 7% on your levels 1 and 2, 6% on your levels 3 and 4, and 5% on your levels 5 to 8.

Matching Bonus Commissions

Truvy pays you a matching bonus commission on your personally enrolled residual commissions that are paid out on their unilevel.

The company will pay you up to 10% of the residual income that your personally enrolled members earn.

Let’s say they earn a $100 residual income check, you will earn $10.

Go Bonus Commissions

These are a type of performance reward for reaching the ranks that I listed below.

The company will reward you by paying you some extra commissions for reaching these ranks in a certain time frame.

Here is what you can earn when you reach the ranks (in the time frame) I’ve listed below:

Managing Associate – When you qualify for this rank in your 1st month, you will earn $50.
Senior Associate – When you qualify for this rank in your 2nd month, you will earn $150.
1 Star Director – When you qualify for this rank in your 3rd month, you will earn $300.

Rank Achievement Rewards

Rank Achievement Rewards are what the company will give you when you reach a certain rank in the company.

This is a reward for reaching a higher rank in the company.

The rewards that Truvy will award you start when you reach the rank of Senior Associate.

Here is a breakdown of what you will earn when you reach the ranks below:

Senior Associate – When you qualify for this rank, you will receive a luggage tag.
1 Star Director – When you qualify for this rank, you will receive a FitBit.
2 Star Director – When you qualify for this rank, you will receive an external battery charger.
3 Star Director – When you qualify for this rank, you will receive a “FOCUS trip”.
4 Star Director – When you qualify for this rank, you will receive a “founder signed guitar”.
5 Star Director – When you qualify for this rank, you will receive a “truStory video”.
6 Star Director – When you qualify for this rank, you will receive a “branded luggage and passport tag”.
7 Star Director – When you qualify for this rank, you will receive a “custom truAdventure”.

Global Bonus Pool Commissions

The Global Bonus Pool is offered when you reach the rank of 5 Star Director rank and higher.

The company will take 3% of the company-wide sales volume and uses that profit to split it up and payout in shares.

As a 5-Star Director, you can earn 1 share, and as you reach a higher rank you will earn more shares of the pool.

Here is a quick breakdown of the shares you will earn.

5 Star Director – When you qualify for this rank, you will earn 1 share.
6 Star Director – When you qualify for this rank, you will earn 2 shares.
7 Star Director – When you qualify for this rank, you will earn 3 shares.
8 Star Director – When you qualify for this rank, you will earn 4 shares.

Eight Plus Star Pool Bonus

This is another part of the compensation plan that you will need to reach a higher rank in order to qualify for.

The rank you will need to reach is the 8 plus star rank in order to qualify.

Basically, the company will take 1% of the company-wide sales volume and split that profit will all of the 8 Plus Star ranked members.

My Truvy FAQ Section

In this section of my review, I am going to cover the information about some of the questions that people may have when thinking about joining Truvy.

Is Truvy BBB Accredited?

The Truvy company doesn’t have a listing or accreditation on the BBB but when it was named TruVision Health the BBB does have a listing.

Truvision Health has a listing but not an accreditation.

I’ve also noticed there were some customer complaints about some of the products and also complaints about their customer service.

What’s The Cost To Join Truvy?

The cost to join Truvy is a product purchase of pretty much anything.

In order to qualify for commissions, you will need to maintain a 100 point product order each month.

You will have to take note of the volume points that each product holds in order to calculate your needed monthly PV.

Is Truvy A Pyramid Scheme or Scam?

After reviewing all of the information about Truvy, I don’t think it is a scam or pyramid scheme.

They offer all of the aspects necessary that are needed to be an MLM company that is in compliance.

Some of the things that I see that are positives are:

Retail products
A fair compensation plan
Good leadership

My Final Truvy Review and Thoughts

In the final section of my review, I am going to share my final thoughts and recommendation about the Truvy opportunity as a whole.

I have taken the time to review the information about the company, the products, and the compensation plan.

I also shared my thoughts on whether or not Truvy is a scam or pyramid scheme.
