Welcome to my ORU Marketplace Review.
There is a ton of people talking about this company and how it can be the new PayPal alternative.
Is ORU Marketplace going to be the PayPal killer?
Over the last couple of years alone, there have been a ton of affiliate marketers getting there PayPal accounts limited or completely suspended for reasons that PayPal does not disclose.
We do know this is happening to affiliate marketers specifically.
It’s a great idea to have an alternative payment solution that is claimed to be approved for affiliate marketers and not to be in fear of getting your account shut-down.
In this ORU Marketplace review, you are going to learn how it works, the products ORU offers, and also learn about the opportunity it offers on how to get paid by referring others to the ORU opportunity.
We are also going to dig into all the details to make sure it is not a scam and is a legitimate opportunity that you can use and get paid with.
Also, before you leave, make sure to grab the money-making bonuses that I’ve included below.
With that said, let’s dig in and see what we can learn.
What Is The ORU Marketplace?
ORU means “One Race United” which is what the company is standing by meaning that we are all in it together.
The ORU Marketplace is first off a “peer-to-peer” payment processor similar in some ways to PayPal and Stripe where you can accept and send funds from others.
But with the ORU Marketplace, you don’t have to worry about your account being limited or suspended.
Basically, it is a simple but powerful peer-to-peer payment transaction solution.
It also offers an MLM opportunity where you can get paid commissions for referring others and your team members that land in your downline.
The niche that I would consider ORU Marketplace to be in would be the payment processor niche which is a new niche in the MLM space.
ORU Company Details
Anytime we see a company that offers a way to make money by referring others and building teams like an MLM company, we like to see who owns it on the website.
This offers a sense of transparency and also gives us the ability to look into the experience and background of the owner.
When we started to dig into the details about who runs the company, the name Nick VandenBrekel pops up.
Nick is named as the “architect” of the ORU Marketplace which basically means that he is the main programmer and designer of the program.
Nick has a ton of experience in technology and the financial field.
He has a deep background as an entrepreneur and is also a military veteran.
The company goes by the name “Azteya Limited” which is based out of Grand Cayman in George Town.
Nick himself lives out of Florida in the United States now but originally was from the Netherlands. The company is also based in the United States in Florida which means that ORU Marketplace is run in 2 separate places.
After digging into the company details, these are the main points that we thought you should know about.
Let’s move on to the next section.

Is ORU Marketplace a Scam or Legitimate Opportunity?
Before we move forward with this review, we wanted to share our thoughts and reasons on whether or not ORU is a scam or not.
When dealing with a program that offers commissions that you can earn money with there need to be certain things in place for it to be legit like:
- retail products
- a fair compensation plan
- a good percentage of retail sales per affiliate member sales
Overall, ORU Marketplace does offer retail products and has good leadership.
They also offer a fair, and easy to understand the compensation plan.
So, in my opinion, ORU Marketplace is not a scam.
However, being that it is a new opportunity they will have to go through the problems that most new programs go through and if they can pull through, ORU might become a huge opportunity.
I very much hope so just because PayPal is not a good choice for internet marketers anymore!
What Products Does ORU Marketplace Offer?
In this section of the review, we are going to talk about what many of you are here to learn about which is what is the actual product or service that ORU Marketplace offers.
Or a better question would be is, is this going to be a better PayPal alternative and is my account not going to get limited or suspended for affiliate transactions?
In my opinion, it looks like it really can be, and I hope it will!
The Products and Service
When we visit the company website we see that there are a few products and services that ORU Marketplace offers.
Unlike payment processors like PayPal and Stripe, there is a fee that you will need to pay in order to use this service.
Now, it will not be as much as a service like Authorize.net where they charge a monthly fee of $25 “plus” transaction fees.
You will have to pay $30.94 for the first month with ORU Marketplace and then only $5.95 per month to maintain the service.
Your membership will also include a Visa Black debit card for your activation fee and monthly membership that you can use online and offline anywhere Visa is taken with the funds that are available in your account all around the world!
Are There Any Transaction Fees?
No, there are no additional fees for incoming or outgoing payments between members which is a very cool thing I must admit.
However, yes, there will fees when using your card or transferring your funds to your bank account.

How Does The ORU Marketplace Compensation Plan Work?
When reading through the ORU Marketplace company website and FAQ section, they do include a section that states that they are not operating as an MLM opportunity.
However, to my understanding, when you offer a compensation plan model that offers multiple layers that you can get paid from members that are more than 2, it technically is an MLM company.
With that said, ORU has a simple to understand compensation plan model that consists of 2 levels of upfront commissions that you can earn on and also a 10 level unilevel plan that you earn residual commissions from your team members monthly renewal fees.
Either way, we are going to explain how the ORU Marketplace compensation plan works and how you make money in this section of the review.
How To Get Started
To be honest, the main attraction that I see is the payment system that ORU Marketplace provides to everyone, especially to those countries that make it almost impossible to use PayPal and most other payment processors to send and receive funds.
With that said, ORU Marketplace offers an additional benefit of earning commissions for referring people to the program that will solve a big problem that is out there right now for many people just trying to make money online.
To get started you will first have to become a member by paying the $30.94 for the activation fee that includes the ORU Visa Black Card.
Every month will cost only $5.95 per month to maintain your card starting on month 2.
**There are no contracts or early termination fees.
Once you get those fees out of the way, you will gain access to your payment platform, and be able to order your Visa Black Card.
You will also be given your referral link.
With this referral link, you can send this link to your peers and when they join you through your referral link you will earn commissions.
When your team starts to grow, you will also earn residual commissions for every member on your team that keeps a monthly active subscription 10 levels deep.
2 Ways To Earn Commissions With ORU
- Up-Front Commissions (referrals)
- Residual Commissions
Up-Front Referral Commissions
The way to earn up-front commissions in ORU Marketplace is when you refer someone to ORU that pays for a membership just like you did.
When that referral pays the upfront cost of $30.94 you will earn a $10 commissions that is “instantly” paid out to your account.
You can also earn an additional level of up-front commissions when your personally referred members refer people as well.
When your personally referred members refer people that pay the first-month membership you will earn a $1 commissions that are also instantly paid out to your account.
The next section will cover the residual commissions that you can earn with ORU Marketplace, but in order to understand the payment model, you will need to understand the unilevel compensation plan.
Unilevel Compensation Plan Structure Breakdown
The residual commissions are earned using the unilevel compensation plan structure.
For those that are not familiar with how the unilevel pay plan works, here is a quick breakdown:
- 1st Level – The first level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have your personally referred members on it.
- 2nd Level – The second level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have team members that your level 1 members personally sponsored on it.
- 3rd Level – The third level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have team members that your level 2 members personally sponsored on it.
- and so on…
Hopefully, that will help those that are unfamiliar with how the unilevel pay plan is structured and works for those that are not so familiar with it.
With that said, let’s continue to what residual commissions you can earn with ORU.
ORU Marketplace Residual Commissions (unilevel)
You can also earn residual commissions for your personally referred members and team members on their $5.95 memberships starting on their 2nd month in the business.
There is a total of 10 levels of residual commission that you can earn from all your team members that fall in any one of your 10 levels.
There is only one commission amount that is paid out on all of your team members that fall in any level of your unilevel pay plan which is why this compensation plan is so easy to understand and to calculate your earnings.
Here is a breakdown of what you can earn per level on every “active” member in your unilevel team:
- Levels 1 through 10 – You will earn 0.25 per each active affiliate ORU member that is anywhere in your unilevel structure down 10 levels.
**The residual commissions that ORU Marketplace offers are also paid instantly to your account.
There it is!
This is all there is to how the compensation plan works and how you make money with the opportunity that ORU Marketplace offers.
It really is easy to understand and simple which is why I can see why they say that it is not an MLM business model, but still, I have my objections to that statement.
Either way, let’s continue to the next section.

Our ORU Marketplace Q and A Section
This section of the review will include some of the questions that people may have that I have not included in my ORU Marketplace overview that has been asked.
This section may be updated at later dates and where additional information may be added.
Is ORU Marketplace Accredited With The BBB?
No, at this time, ORU Marketplace is not listed or accredited with the Better Business Bureau.
Not having a listing or accreditation with the BBB does not make a company or opportunity a scam.
This just means that it is not listed or accredited with the BBB and may never be.
I usually only refer to the BBB for additional company information and to compare the testimonials and the reviews with my other sources that I personally refer to online.
What’s The Cost To Join ORU Marketplace?
I have mentioned the investment cost it will take in order to use the payment platform and to receive the Visa Black card that ORU Marketplace in an earlier section, but I thought I would re-mention it again here for those that are looking for a quick answer.
To join ORU Marketplace will cost a minimum of $30.94 and then maintain your payment platform and your Visa Black card will require a monthly membership fee of $5.95 per month starting on month 2.

My Final ORU Marketplace Review and Thoughts
So, is the ORU Marketplace payment platform and opportunity a PayPal killer.
In my opinion, as far as people making money with programs that require PayPal or doing any direct transactions with PayPal for membership sites or products that you sell online I very much hope so.
I say this because we really do need a PayPal alternative because, to be honest, PayPal is not that ideal anymore for affiliate and online marketers anymore like it used to be.
I’ve personally know affiliate marketers that were doing several $1,000 dollar transactions per day with PayPal to recently have their accounts suspended for life and many that had their accounts limited.
It’s scary when there is really not that many options available when your income is only a few 1000 per month and PayPal is ideal for the lower cost.
With that said, we have reviewed the details about the company, the services, and the compensation plan.
We have also shared our thoughts on why we felt that ORU Marketplace is NOT a scam and gave our reasons why.
At this point, you should really have a good idea of what ORU Marketplace is, how it works, what it offers, and how you can make money with it.
What are your thoughts about it this far? (leave them below)
But here is the question…
Would We Recommend the ORU Marketplace Opportunity and Service?
Yes, at this time we absolutely do recommend the ORU Marketplace but with a word of caution.
The only reason why we say proceed with caution is that the company is new, and with all new companies, they go through growing pains.
Now, if they get past these growing pains that usually all happen within the first year, they really do have a chance of becoming a HUGE solution for a payment solution for people all over the world in countries that we’re unable to participate in some of the amazing programs that they were unable to join before.
Only time will tell of course, but I really do hope it does work out because this kind of payment solution with the low cost is very much needed!
With that said, I hope you enjoyed my ORU Marketplace review.
