Welcome to my Minerva Trading Bot Review.
One of the things that we are going to answer for you today is if Minerva is a scam or not.
We wouldn’t want to join an opportunity that turns out to be a company that is not in compliance and ends up getting shut down for various reasons.
We are going to research and review the information about the company, the products, and the compensation plan to see if they offer everything they need in order to be a legitimate company.
With that said, let’s dig in and see what we can learn about it.
UPDATE: Minerva Trading Bot Shut Down?
It appears that Minerva Trading has either been shut down or closed due to unknown reasons at this time.
If you have any updates on what has happened to the company, let us know in the comment section below.
Minerva Review – What Is It and How Does It Work?
Minerva is an online trading company that does all of the trades using a trading bot and deals with European currency for the base of the trades.
The company also offers an opportunity to earn a promised ROI on your investment and also by sharing the opportunity with others to earn additional commissions.
You can earn money with the trades that the bot makes for you with your investment, and also through the MLM-styled compensation plan and building a team.
The niche that I would say that Minerva is in would be Currency Trading.
The Company Overview
When taking a look at a company that you can make money with, I always like to see who the owner is or who runs it.
This gives us the ability to learn more about the experience, and background of the owner to get a better understanding of what type of company is being run.
Unfortunately, Minerva doesn’t offer this information on the company website.
When taking a look at the domain name here is what we found:
- The domain name “minervatradingbot.com” was registered on 12-10-2018
- The domain name was privately registered
Since the domain was registered privately, there was no additional information that we were able to find about who runs or owns the company.
The Minerva website does offer some paperwork on their incorporation which has the company name CMC Invest listed as the owner.
We dug a little deeper and found that Gregor Maihart is the owner of CMC Invest which would make sense that he is the owner of Minerva.
That is all the information that we have about the company, let’s move on to the next section.

What Products Does the Minerva Trading Bot Company Offer?
In this section of the review, we are going to take a look at what products Minerva trading bot offers.
The only way to access the trading bot and opportunity that Minerva offers is by joining the opportunity as an affiliate member.
There are no retail products that are offered to a customer only purchase that I can find on the company website.
What does this mean?
We will find out in the section labeled “Is Minerva a Scam” below.
With that said, let’s continue.

How Does The Minerva Trading Bot Compensation Plan Work?
In this section of the review, we are going to take a look at how the compensation plan works and how you can make money with the Minerva Trading Bot opportunity.
There are 2 ways that you can make money with the Minerva Trading Bot opportunity which are:
- ROI Commissions
- Referral/Recruiting Commissions
I would consider the Minerva compensation plan a unilevel MLM plan but borderlines an affiliate marketing compensation plan.
I am not a lawyer and I do not work for the government so I will just have to go with my gut and experience and call it an MLM pay plan structure.
So, for those that are not familiar with how the unilevel compensation plan works, here is a quick breakdown:
- 1st Level – The first level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have your personally recruited members on it.
- 2nd Level – The second level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have team members that your level 1 members personally recruited on it.
- 3rd Level – The third level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have team members that your level 2 members personally recruited on it.
- and so on…
- The amount of level depends on what the company offers.
In the case of Minerva, the company offers a total of 3 levels of commissions that you can earn from which really is borderline of being an affiliate marketing pay plan.
Getting Started and ROI Commissions
To get started and earn from Minerva Trading Bot company will require an investment that you can learn more about in my “Cost to get started” section below.
One of the things that Minerva promises is a return on your investment without doing anything else.
The promise is that you will earn a 240% return on your investment after a total of a year.
The returns that you earn are paid out every week.
Minerva Trading Bot also offers referral commissions that use the unilevel compensation plan structure which was explained above.
You can earn from the initial investment your personally recruited members make and also from their reinvestments.
Here is a breakdown of what you can earn from the initial investments your personally recruited members and team members make:
- When YOU invest a minimum of €500 EUR, you are qualified to earn 7% on all of your level 1 members of your unilevel pay plan.
- When YOU invest a minimum of €1000 EUR, you are qualified to earn 7% on all of your level 1 members, and 3% on all of your level 2 members of your unilevel pay plan.
- When YOU invest a minimum of €1500 EUR and receive 7% on all of your level 1 members, 3% on all of your level 2 members, and 2% on all of your level 3 members of your unilevel pay plan.
Here is a breakdown of what you will earn from your members “re-investments” which is also paid out using the same unilevel pay structure as the one above:
- Level 1 – You will earn 3% of all member’s “re-investments” on this level.
- Level 2 – You will earn 2% of all member’s “re-investments” on this level.
- Level 3 – You will earn 1% of all members “re-investments” on this level.
The same investment requirement as the initial investment commissions model above will determine how many levels of your unilevel compensation plan you can earn from.
That is all there is to how the compensation plan works and how you can make money with the Minerva Trading Bot opportunity.

My Minerva Q and A Section
In this section of the review, we are going to answer some of the questions that people may have when thinking about joining the Minerva Trading Bot opportunity.
Is Minerva BBB Accredited?
No, Minerva Trading Bot is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau at this time.
Not having accreditation or listing with the BBB does not make a program or company a scam.
There have been a TON of companies and programs that we have reviewed that turned out to be 100% legitimate.
What’s The Cost To Join Minerva Trading?
The minimum cost to join Minerva and start earning money is actually free.
You will be able to earn from the referral or MLM commissions that the company offers but not with the ROI.
In order to participate and make money with the promised ROI that the company offers will require a minimum investment of €500 EUR.
Now, let’s answer the question that many of you have which is…
Is Minerva Trading Bot A Scam or Legitimate Opportunity?
In my opinion, the company is riding a fine and shaky line in a couple of aspects that may get them in trouble and label them as a scam.
Here are the issues that I see that can get the company into trouble with the government:
- Not having any retail products
- Offering a promised ROI for your investment.
The first issue that I’ve seen was that there was no ownership information provided on the company site.
The next issue that I might be wrong about is that when a program offers more than 2 levels of commissions, it is considered an MLM structured business model that requires a retail product of some kind by the FTC MLM guidelines.
The other issue that I have seen many programs get into trouble and get shut down in the past is offering a promised ROI.
I would just suggest you proceed with caution if you do decide to join and not my concerns.
