Hinode Group Review – Scam or Legit? Compensation Plan Exposed

Welcome to my Hinode Group review.

One of the things that we are going to answer in this review is if the company is a scam or not.

We wouldn’t want to join a company that gets shut down due to non-compliance reasons or bad business decisions.

Hinode Group Review

I am going to take the research and review the information about the company, the products, and the compensation plan and share it here for you today.

At the end of my overview, I will then give you my recommendation and my thoughts about the Hinode Group opportunity as a whole.

Also, before you go, make sure to grab one of my free money making bonuses that I have listed on this page!

With that said, let’s dig in and see what we can learn.

What Is Hinode Group – Review Intro

What Is Hinode Group Full Reviews

Hinode Group is an MLM company that is designed to help you make money by selling the products they offer and by building a downline of other affiliate members and customers.

The niche that I would say that the company is in would be the personal care and supplement niche.

Company Overview

One of the things that I like to see when taking a look at any MLM company is who is the owner.

This allows us to learn about the experience and the background that the owner has.

It also gives us the opportunity to judge what type of company it will turn out to be.

What I mean is that if the owner has a history of starting up companies just for it to get shut down in a few months and start a new one, then it’s not a good idea to join those short-term companies.

Hinode Group Company Owner Founders CEO

With that said, the company is run by co-founders Mr. and Mrs. Francisco and Adelaide Rodrigues.

It turns out that the company was founded in 1988 out of their home and today their son Sandro Rodrigues is President of the Hinode Group company.

There are also children of the owner that are part of the management team which makes the company a “family-run” business.

The Perfect System Reviewed

The Network Marketing side to the company started in 2008, which is when they implemented their MLM compensation plan for affiliate members and to help grow the company.

That is all of the information about the company, let’s continue.

Hinode Group Marketing System

Hinode Group Marketing System

One of the things that we take pride in here at Digital Cash Kings is the ability to offer value in the form of training and resources that will help you make more money online.

The value that we are offering you today is a free marketing system that you can use to help build your Hinode Group business on the Internet.

Most MLM companies have strict rules for marketing online using their brand, but with this marketing system, it will be ok because it will help you generate prospects with a generic but very powerful marketing message.

The free marketing system will come with:

  • A High-Converting Capture Page
  • Unlimited autoresponder
  • Pre-written follow-up messages
  • and training on how to generate traffic and leads online.

It will include everything you will need in order to make more money online with any opportunity you wish to make more money with.

In the last section of this review is where you can grab it and start using it today for free.

With that said, let’s continue with the overview.

What Products Does Hinode Group Offer?

Hinode Group Products Review

In this section of the review, I am going to cover the information about the products that Hinode Group offers.

The company offers a wide variety of personal care and nutritional products.

This is one of those companies that doesn’t lead with a few products, this company offers a ton of different products.

Here are the categories of products that the company offers:

  • Men’s Fragrances
  • Women’s Fragrances
  • Various Personal Care Creams
  • Weight-loss Supplements

The one thing that I did notice is that the company website does not display its retail pricing on any of their products.

I order to see the price of any product, you are required to fill out a detailed opt-in form with information about yourself like your name, email, phone number, and zip code.

Hinode Group Product Listing Cost Opt In

In my opinion, this is not the best user “shopping” experience that a company can offer.

This should be transparent for all to see.

That is all of the information that I have about the products, let’s continue to the next section.

How Does The Hinode Group Compensation Plan Work?

Hinode Group Compensation Plan Breakdown

In this section of the review, I am going to cover how the compensation plan works, and how you can make money with the Hinode Group opportunity.

When you become commissions qualified as an affiliate member for the company, you will be able to make money with the compensation plan they offer by selling the products and building a team of other affiliate members that purchase and sell the products that the company offers.

The first thing you will need to do is get started.

Getting Commission Qualified

In order to get started and become commissions qualified in the Hinode Group compensation plan to earn commissions, you must generate at least 200 PV per month.

The term “PV” means personal sales volume and each product has an assigned amount of PV that can be earned when it is sold through you or your downlines effort.

You can obtain this volume each month by:

  • Personally purchasing 200 PV worth of products each month.
  • Selling 200 PV worth of products to customers each month.
  • Or having a combination of personally purchasing and selling products that equal to your monthly qualifying 200 PV each month.

Compensation Plan Structures – How You Get Paid

There are 2 main compensation plan structures that the company uses to pay out commissions that are earned which are:

  • The unilevel compensation plan structure
  • The binary compensation plan structure

For those that are not familiar with how the unilevel compensation plan structure works, here is a quick breakdown:

  • 1st level – The first level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have your personally recruited members on it.
  • 2nd Level – The second level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have team members that your level 1 members personally recruited on it.
  • 3rd Level – The third level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have team members that your level 2 members personally recruited on it.
  • and so on…

For those that are not familiar with how the binary compensation plan works, here is a quick breakdown:

  • Binaries only have 2 legs (right and left leg)
  • You must qualify to earn from the binary by recruiting and maintaining at least 1 active member on your left leg and 1 active member on your right leg.
  • Each leg will have its own sales volume count
  • The leg that has less volume is considered your “pay leg” and weaker leg.
  • Your pay leg is the leg that you get paid on.
  • The weak and strong leg (leg with more volume) needs to at least match volume numbers in order to earn a commission. (this is a variable)
  • Each leg can be filled to unlimited depth.
  • Each leg can be filled by direct or indirect sponsoring

Retail Commissions

As with any good and compliant MLM company, Hinode Group offers retail commissions that you can earn by selling their products to customers.

The simple way to figure out how much you can earn is by figuring out the difference between the wholesale and the retail cost for each product.

You can actually earn up to 40% on many of the products that the company offers with the retail commissions that they offer which is a better than average margin compared to other MLM companies.

Ranks and Rank Qualifications

One of the things that you will want to pay attention to is your rank that you are qualified for in the company.

The higher the rank that you can qualify for is directly related to the amount of money that you can earn with the compensation plan that the company offers.

The higher the rank that you reach, the more money that you will make.

There are a total of 12 ranks that Hinode Group offers.

Here is a breakdown of the 12 ranks that the company offers and the qualifications you will need for them:

  • Consultant Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to be commission qualified. (refer to the “commissions qualification” section above)
  • Master Rank – In order to qualify for this rank, you will need to generate at least 2000 GV in your weaker pay side binary leg.
  • Silver Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to generate at least 5000 GV in your weaker pay side binary leg.
  • Gold Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to generate at least 15,000 GV in your weaker pay side binary leg.
  • Diamond Rank – In order to qualify for this rank, you will need to generate at least 50,000 GV in your weaker pay side binary leg.
  • Diamond Elite Rank – In order to qualify for this rank, you will need to generate at least 120,000 GV in your weaker pay side binary leg.
  • Double Diamond Rank – In order to qualify for this rank, you will need to generate at least 200,000 GV in your weaker pay side binary leg.
  • Triple Diamond Rank – In order to qualify for this rank, you will need to generate at least 500,000 GV in your weaker pay side binary leg.
  • Imperial Diamond Rank – In order to qualify for this rank, you will need to generate at least 1,000,000 GV in your weaker pay side binary leg.
  • Imperial Two Stars Rank – In order to qualify for this rank, you will need to generate at least 4,000,000 GV in your weaker pay side binary leg.
  • Imperial Three Stars Rank – In order to qualify for this rank, you will need to generate at least 8,000,000 GV in your weaker pay side binary leg.
  • Titan Rank – In order to qualify for this rank, you will need to generate at least 18,000,000 GV in your weaker pay side binary leg.

One of the terms used here was “GV” which means “Group Volume”.

Group Volume is the total production of PV that is generated by your downline members.

First Order Bonus

The First Order Bonus that Hinode Group offers is recognized by other MLM companies as the “Fast Start Bonus”.

This is a commission that you will earn when you recruit new members and they make their first new product orders.

The first commission is higher than their second order and on.

The second-order that your new members make and on are put towards your residual commission payouts.

The First Order Bonus is paid out using the unilevel compensation plan structure as I explained above.

Depending on your rank in the company will depend on how much of a commission that you can earn from your First Order Bonus.

Here is a breakdown of what that looks like:

  • Consultant Rank – When you qualify for this rank, you will earn R$220 on all of your personally recruited members or level 1 of your unilevel.
  • Master Rank – When you qualify for this rank, you will earn R$220 on level 1, and R$20 on levels 2 to 4 of your unilevel compensation plan.
  • Silver Rank – When you qualify for this rank, you will earn R$220 on level 1, R$20 on levels 2 to 4 and R$15 on level 5 of your unilevel compensation plan.
  • Gold Rank – When you qualify for this rank, you will earn R$220 on level 1, R$20 on levels 2 to 4, R$15 on levels 5 and 6 and R$10 on level 7 of your unilevel compensation plan.
  • Diamond Rank – When you qualify for this rank, you will earn R$220 on level 1, R$20 on levels 2 to 4, R$15 on levels 5 and 6, R$10 on level 7 and R$5 on levels 8 and 9 of your unilevel compensation plan.
  • Diamond Elites and higher Ranks – When you qualify for these ranks, you will earn R$220 on level 1, R$20 on levels 2 to 4, R$15 on levels 5 and 6 and R$10 on levels 7 to 9 of your unilevel compensation plan.

Residual Commissions

Hinode Group also pays you residual commissions that are tracked and paid out to you using the binary compensation plan structure that I explained how it works above.

Residuals are paid starting on the second month of your members and downline member’s product purchases.

The residual commissions that the company pays you are paid weekly.

The way this works is the company pays you “up to” 20% on your weaker leg.

So, if you have 50 GV on one leg and 5000 GV on the other leg, you will get paid on the leg that has 50 GV.

Once this commission is paid out in this example, 50 GV will be taken away from the weaker leg and 50 GV will be taken away from the bigger leg.

There are 3 different tiers of commissions that you can earn from your weaker leg that starts at 10%.

In order to reach the highest-earning percentage, you will need to either buy the highest combo product pack or reach a certain rank.

Here is a breakdown of what that looks like:

Residual Commission Rates By Package Purchase

  • Affiliate members who sign up with the R$300 Executive Combo pack will qualify for a 10% residual commission rate in their binary compensation plan.
  • Affiliate members who sign up with the R$1100 Executive Plus Combo pack will qualify for a 15% residual commission rate in their binary compensation plan.
  • Affiliate members who sign up with the R$2200 Executive Top Combo pack will qualify for a 20% residual commission rate in their binary compensation plan.

Residual Commission Rates By Rank Qualification

  • Affiliate members that qualify for the Silver Rank earn a 10% residual commission rate in their binary compensation plan.
  • Affiliate members that qualify for the Golds earn a 15% residual commission rate in their binary compensation plan.
  • Affiliate members that qualify for the Diamonds and higher Ranks earn a 20% residual commission rate in their binary compensation plan.

Residual Commissions Matrix

The residual commissions that you can earn from the Matrix compensation plan that the company offers are similar to the first order bonus commissions that were discussed above.

The difference is that this is paid on a matrix that has a fixed amount of positions that can be filled on your first level then multiplied by the first level to get the next level of positions.

There are 9 levels that you can earn with this structure.

Here is how it is broken down:

  • The volume from the sales that are generated on your levels 1 through 4 will pay you 4%.
  • The volume from the sales that are generated on your levels 5 and 6 will pay you 3%.
  • The volume from the sales that are generated on your levels 7 will pay you 2%.
  • The volume from the sales that are generated on your levels 8 and 9 will pay you 1%.

Autoship Commission Bonus

Hinode Group will also pay you Autoship commissions on all of your personally recruited members starting on their 2nd-month product purchase.

You are rewarded with this bonus when you reach the rank of Master and above.

The amount of money that you can make from your personally recruited members autoship is directly related to your qualified rank in the company.

Here is a breakdown of what you can earn when you are qualified:

  • When you qualify for the rank of Master, you will earn a 3% autoship commission rate on all of your personally recruited members.
  • When you qualify for the rank of Silver, you will earn an 8% autoship commission rate on all of your personally recruited members.
  • When you qualify for the rank of Gold, you will earn a 10% autoship commission rate on all of your personally recruited members.
  • When you qualify for the ranks of Diamonds and higher, you will earn a 12% autoship commission rate on all of your personally recruited members.

Diamond Leader Bonus

The Diamond Leader Bonus rewards Diamond ranked affiliate members that produce Diamond ranked members in the first 4 levels of their unilevel compensation plan.

Here is a breakdown of what you can earn once qualified:

  • Diamonds to Triple Diamond Ranked members will earn 3% on level 1, 2% on level 2 and 1% on level 3 for their Diamond Leader bonus.
  • Imperial Diamonds and higher Ranked members will earn 2% on level 1, 2% on level 2 and 1% on level 3 and 4 for their Diamond Leader bonus.

Super Bonus

The company doesn’t give any details about the “Super Bonus” other than this:

Super Bonus will be paid for 1% to 2% up to sixth level Diamond Elite Titan.

Titan Bonus

Once you achieve the rank of Titan, you will be rewarded an additional bonus commission called the “Titan Bonus”.

Once you qualify for the rank of Titan, you can earn 0.1% from all of the volumes in your downline sales.

Rank Achievement Bonus

The Rank Achievement Bonus that the company offers is a “1-time” bonus that consists of rewards like trips and cars.

This bonus starts when you qualify for the rank of Diamond and higher.

Once you reach the ranks listed below the company will reward you with the bonus that is listed below.

Here is a breakdown of the rewards the company will give you once you qualify for the ranks below:

My Hinode Group Q and A Section

In this section of my review, I am going to answer some of the questions that people may have when thinking about joining the Hinode Group opportunity.

Is Hinode Group BBB Accredited?

Hinode Group Better Business BureauNo, Hinode Group is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau.

This is one of those companies that I talk about that are legitimate and have been running for years but are not accredited or listed on the BBB website.

Even though a company is not listed or accredited I like to look over all of the research in my review and take that information along with the law and share my final opinion below.

How Much Does It Cost To Join Hinode Group?

The minimum cost to become a Basic Hinode Group affiliate member is R$99.

There are 3 other product packages that you can purchase that offer benefits in the compensation plan that the company offers.

Here is a price list of those product packages:

  • Executive Combo Package will cost R$300.
  • Executive Plus Combo Package will cost R$1100.
  • Executive Top Combo Package will cost R$2200.

The difference in the product packages is the number of products that they offer and the benefits in the compensation plan that you can have when getting started.

Now, let me answer the question that many people are wondering which is…

Is Hinode Group A Scam or Legitimate Opportunity?

Is Hinode Group A Scam or Legit Opportunity

In my opinion, no, Hinode Group is not a scam.

The company has been running for several years and has applied the MLM compensation plan structure in 2008, so they have been around for a while.

The company has a solid management team and is also a family-run which is nice to see.

The compensation plan is fair and very diverse which is very good for a Network Marketing company.

Overall, this is a great company that is running under the law in my opinion.

With that said, let’s finish up.

My Final Hinode Group Review, Thoughts, and Bonus

In the final section of my review, I am going to share my final thoughts about the Hinode Group opportunity as a whole.

I have taken the time to review and research the information about the company, the products, and the compensation plan.

I have shared my opinion on why I didn’t feel that the company is a scam and gave my reasons to why.

At this point, you should have a clear idea about what Hinode Group is, how it works, what they offer, and how you can make money with it.

What are your thoughts up to this point?

But here is the question…

Do I recommend the Hinode Group opportunity?

Sure, I think this would be a safe and long-term company to earn a legitimate income from home.

But if you were to ask me if I would join, I would have to say no, I personally switched to affiliate marketing and make much more money than I ever did in any MLM company that I joined.

And I built some huge organizations in a couple of companies that I was a member of.

There are also some other reasons that I can get into at another time about the MLM industry.

With that said, I hope you enjoyed my Hinode Group review.
