Happy Life Affiliates Review – Scam IM Training? Compensation Plan Breakdown

Welcome to my Happy Life Affiliates Review.

One of the things that we are going to take a look at and answer is if the Happy Life Affiliate opportunity is a scam or not.

It can be tuff for the new person to actually understand what makes a company a scam and what the differences are when it concerns MLM companies and Affiliate programs because there is a big difference when it comes to compliance.

Happy Life Affiliates Review

What we are going to do is dig deep and research the details about the company, the products, and how the compensation plan works to see if they offer everything they need to in order to be in compliance with the law.

We do this so you don’t have to.

We decided to take a closer look at this program due to some social interest in the HLA opportunity that was starting to float around that we took notice of.

So, with that said, let’s dig in and see what the Happy Life Affiliates program is really all about.

Happy Life Affiliates Review – What Is It?

Happy Life Affiliates Reviews What Is It

The Happy Life Affiliates is actually an MLM company that is designed to help you make money online by teaching you some skills about Internet Marketing and also by recruiting others and building an MLM downline.

The niche that I would say that this company is would be considered to be the Internet Marketing education niche.

Company Overview

One of the things that we like to see when taking a look at the company website when reviewing any MLM company is to find some information about the owner or who runs it.

Happy Life Affiliates Company Owner CEO Founder

Unfortunately, we were unable to find any information about who owns or runs the program on any of the company pages.

I find this really strange since it is a program that is offering education on how to do Internet Marketing.

When you visit the contact page, I found the name Charis Papadopoulos which doesn’t mention that he runs or owns the company.

We found his Facebook page which has many marketing videos about the Happy Life Affiliates program and opportunities where he does mention that he is the owner of the company.

It looks like he resides in Greece somewhere but other than that we were unable to find any additional information about the owner or the company.

With that said, let’s continue to the next section.

What Products Does Happy Life Affiliates Offer?

Happy Life Affiliates Products Review No Retail

In this section of the review, we are going to take a look at the products that Happy Life Affiliate offers.

The product that the company offers is education and an Internet marketing system that helps you generate leads.

One of the things that the law requires here in the US when you are running an MLM company is to offer retail products for the service or product that you are part of your MLM company.

Unfortunately, Happy Life Affiliate only offers its products for the affiliate members that make an investment and join.

A customer can’t visit the website and purchase the marketing system and IM education that the company provides.

So, when you are to join as an affiliate member, you will receive a few things.

Here is a breakdown of what you get when you join the program as an affiliate member:

  • Olympic Marketing System – This is a lead generating marketing system that offers lead management. ($28 a month)
  • My Online Coach – This is a guide on how to obtain success. ($28 a month)
  • My Automated Webinar – This is a webinar platform that you will have access to, think of it like GoToMeeting, but stripped down a lot. ($28 a month or $336 annually)
  • Olympic Idea – This is the global loyalty program that they offer. ($28 a month)

How Does The Happy Life Affiliates Compensation Plan Work?

Happy Life Affiliates Compensation Plan Breakdown

In this section of the review, we are going to take a look at how the compensation plan works and how you can make money with the Happy Life Affiliate opportunity.

The main concept to earn money with the opportunity that the company offers is through the MLM business model but without the retail commission’s aspect to it.

So, the more people that you can recruit into the company, the more money you can make.

Unfortunately, for some reason, there is not a lot of information that the company has released on how the compensation plan completely works.

With that said, we are going to break down everything that we were able to find and share with you here.

Getting Started

In order to become an affiliate member and make money with Happy Life Affiliates will require an investment of $28.

This will give you access to earn commissions for recruiting people into the program that also make an investment and with your downline team member’s purchases and auto-ships as well.

Residual Commissions

The residual commission that the company pays out these commissions is called the MLM Matrix compensation plan structure.

The company offers a 3X8 matrix for all members to build.

When a new person joins the company under you they will fill the next available spot in the matrix.

For those that are not familiar with how the matrix compensation plan works, here is a quick breakdown:

  • Matrix pay plans are a fixed payment plan.
  • They have a certain amount of positions that you and your team can fill per level.
  • There are a total of 3 spots on your first level that are filled from left to right.
  • The next level has 9 positions which are multiplied by 3 since each position has 3 positions on their first level.
  • The next level offers 27, and the next level has 81, and so on…
  • Each position can be filled by you (directly) or indirectly (your team or upline).

These commissions are paid from the $28 per month subscription for the Olympic Marketing System.

Commission Breakdown

Like we mentioned before, the matrix compensation plan is structured in a 3X8 Matrix.

The first 3 positions on your first level you will not earn commissions on.

They do this so that your system will be paid for and will have a zero-cost marketing system.

The commissions that you can start earning will be on level 2.

Every member of your 3X8 matrix which holds 9840 members will pay you $7, minus the 3 members on your first level.

Matching Bonus Commissions

Happy Life Affiliates also offers a matching bonus.

The matching bonus commissions that you can earn will be paid on your personally referred members only.

You will be able to earn 50% of the commissions that your personally referred members make from the residual commissions they earn each month.

Leadership Bonus Commissions

The leadership commissions that the company offers will pay you an additional $3 per all the members on your team that is initially sponsored.

My Online Coach Commissions

My Online Coach membership is an additional cost of $28 per month.

You can also earn from members that purchase this coaching level.

You will be able to earn $7 from these memberships starting on the 3rd person that is sponsored and everyone that is recruited after that one.

You will also earn an additional $1 from all of these members that have a position in your matrix compensation plan each month.

Car Bonus Commissions

There is also a car bonus that you can earn that the company offers.

Unfortunately, the company doesn’t offer any additional information on what this bonus entails or how you can qualify for the car bonus commissions or awards.

No, I understand that some of the information seems not all there.

This is because of the lack of company information on how the compensation plan works.

We were only able to offer what we were able to find and learn through research online and through social media research.

With that said, let’s continue on to the next section.

Happy Life Affiliates Q and A Section

In this section of the review, we are going to answer some of the questions that people may have when thinking about joining the Happy Life Affiliates opportunity.

Is Happy Life Affiliate Accredited With The BBB?

Happy Life Affiliates Better Business Bureau

No, Happy Life Affiliate is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau.

Not having accreditation with the BBB does not make a company a scam.

There are a TON of companies that are not listed or accredited with the BBB that are 100% legitimate.

We usually only refer to the BBB for additional company information and testimonials that the BBB offers for my reviews.

What’s The Cost To Join Happy Life Affiliates?

The minimum cost to join the Happy Life Affiliates opportunity and get the products that they offer will be a $28 per month subscription.

You also have the option to purchase the yearly cost for $336 if that is a better option for you.

Becoming a monthly or yearly member will qualify you to earn commissions with the compensation plan the company offers.

Now, in the next section, we are going to address the question that many people have which is…

Is Happy Life Affiliates A Scam or a Legit Opportunity?

Is Happy Life Affiliates A Scam or Legit Opportunity

In our opinion, because the company does not offer any retail products and also offers an MLM structured compensation plan makes the company, not in compliance with the US and other country laws.

If they are operating globally, then they are not in compliance and operating as a scam in our opinion.

They can simply fix this problem by making a 2 tier affiliate marketing opportunity instead.

I can see future issues with how the business model works at this time due to not having retail products offered.
