Welcome to my Green Compass Global Review.
One of the questions that we are going to answer in this article is if the opportunity is a scam or not.
You wouldn’t want to join a program that turns out to be a scam and gets shut down later on due to non-compliance or bad business decision reasons.

We are going to take the time to research and review the information about the company, the products, and the compensation plan and give you our final thoughts in the last section of this overview.
Also, before you go, make sure to grab one of the bonuses below.
With that said, let’s dig in and see what we can learn about it.
Green Compass Global Review- What Is It?

Green Compass Global is an MLM company that is designed to help you make additional money through the opportunity it offers.
You can earn money by recruiting others into the business, sell products, and build a team or downline.
The niche that I would consider the company to be in is the CBD niche that is really rising in popularity.
The Company Overview
One of the questions that we liked answered is who owns the company or who runs it.
This gives us the ability to research the background and experience that they have.
Is also offers transparency and trust for new people that are wanting to learn more about who is behind the company.

With that said, Sterling and Meredith Cook are the founders of Green Compass Global.

They are both parts of a family that goes several generations deep of farmers.
The main crop that they grow now is locally grown plants that produce the CBD which is, of course, organic.
So, basically, the CBD that they grow is the main feature of the company’s product lineup.
They don’t really have a corporate background and they seem to really care about what they are producing and offer for their main product.
One of the things that you need to know is that they don’t have any previous Network Marketing experience, but the company seems to have a really great start.
We will have to revisit and see how everything is going in a year.
With that said, that is all the information that we have on the company, let’s continue on to the next section.

What Products Does Green Compass Global Offer?

In this section of the review, we are going to take a look at the products that Green Compass Global offers.
The main ingredient that is included in all of their products at this time is their organic CBD oils and extracts.
One of the things that the company does is send their products to a third-party lab to test their products for the potency and the pureness that the label claims.
Another thing that this company does that is not typical with any other MLM company is that they actually grow their own main ingredient for their products from their farm.
The majority of other MLM companies usually white label an existing product and/or “tweaks” out the formulation and taste a bit to make it more original that also includes an increased price.
I really like the fact that they are not working with a formulation company which can cause issues later down the road between the 2 companies that we have seen several times in the MLM industry.
Right now, the company offers 4 products which are:
- Full Spectrum CBD Hemp Oil
- Refined Isolated CBD Hemp Oil
- Topical CBD Cream
- CBD For Pets
With that said, let’s see what products they offer.
Full Spectrum CBD Hemp Oil

Full Spectrum CBD Hemp Oil is an unrefined CBD oil which means that you will have trace amounts of THC included within the formulation.
If you have a job or career that does drug tests, then it will be in your best interest to stay away from the full spectrum product.
You might get away with a pee test, but a hair follicle test will definitely not pass.
It is better just to avoid the full spectrum to be on the safe side if you value your career or job.
With that public message out of the way, let’s get to the information about this product.
The Full Spectrum CBD Hemp Extract comes in 3 potencies and all are Mint Flavor or Natural.
Here is a breakdown of the strengths and pricing:
- 500 mg Full Spectrum Hemp Oil: This sells for $84.95 per bottle.
- 750 mg Full Spectrum Hemp Oil: This sells for $109.95 per bottle.
- 1000 mg Full Spectrum Hemp Oil: This sells for $139.95 per bottle.
Refined Isolates CBD Hemp Oil

This product only offers CBD without any trace of THC in it.
This product comes in 2 different potencies and the flavor is either Citrus or Natural.
Here is a breakdown of the potencies and pricing:
- 500 mg Refined CBD Hemp Oil: This sells for $84.95 per bottle.
- 750 mg Refined CBD Hemp Oil: This sells for $109.95 per bottle.
Topical CBD Cream

This product is a cream that you can apply to the problem or pain areas of your body like the back, neck, arms, or anywhere really.
You will simply rub the cream into any problem areas.
They offer 2 different products which come in Menthol or Natural.
Here is a breakdown of the 2 creams they offer at this time:
- Soothing Skin Topical CBD Cream: This sells for $99.95 per canister.
- Muscle & Joint with Menthol Topical CBD Cream: This sells for $99.95 per canister.
CBD For Pets

This product is for your pets and is used by dropping some drops into their mouths.
This offers several benefits for pets which are similar to us humans.
The potency is less for their smaller bodies and what they can take I guess.
The flavor that this product comes in is only natural flavor at this time and only offers 1 potency strength.
Here is a breakdown of the potency and the price per bottle:
- 250 mg CBD Hemp Extract For Pets: This product sells for $49.95 per bottle.
All of the products sold are organic and safe according to the company.
That is all of the information there is about the products that Green Compass offers, let’s continue to the next section.

How Does The Green Compass Global Compensation Plan Work?

In this section of the review, we are going to take a look at how the compensation plan works, and how you can make money with it.
One of the things that I really hate about some of the MLM companies that are out on the market, specifically, the more traditional ones is they like to hide the compensation plan details.
It looks like the only way to find out how you are going to make money with this company is by joining and becoming an affiliate member for them.
Now, I found some information on the internet from independent reps and also direct reps for the company itself doing some presentation videos online that explain how you earn money.
But I think that is so petty on why the company does not include this information on the website itself.
My Issue With Not Having The Compensation Plan Listed
Now, I understand why the company is not including the information on how you make money with Green Compass.
It is because they want to be as safe as they can be from the regulators and they are abiding by what their lawyers are telling them to do fully.
This is one of the common mistakes that new MLM business owners who don’t have very much experience in the MLM industry do.
If they know how the industry works, this is one of the first things that skilled Network Marketers look for when deciding whether or not they want to work for the company.
I spent a good amount of time typing in several keywords in Google to try to find any pay plan documents, and I didn’t find anything that directly came from the company itself.
I can only imagine how frustrated another experienced network marketer would be when trying to figure out “what the hell is the company going to pay me if I join”?
My Rant About The Lack Of Pay Plan Information
I am going to breakdown what the typical MLM company would have laid out as far as how an affiliate member would get paid in a multi-level marketing company, but I will not give the company the satisfaction for being lazy and not transparent by copying any of the details from one of their reps I found online.
Fast Start Commissions
For the typical MLM company, a person would get paid a higher percentage of the sale made for a product or product package that was sold to a customer or affiliate member that is joining the opportunity.
Retail Sales Commission
These are commissions that can be made by simply buying the product at your cost which is the wholesale cost and selling them for retail.
There is also another factor where a customer can purchase from your website directly, and in that case, the sales volume that is generated from that sale goes toward your weekly or monthly commission payout.
This might be paid out in a percentage, or points that each product or product package offers that are determined by the company.
Green Compass Global Ranks
Most of the MLM companies that are out on the market have several ranks that you can reach.
The higher the rank you qualify for will determine the amount of more money than you can earn that the company provides.
This might be a higher percentage of your residual commissions, a higher fast start bonus, higher percentages that you can earn in the company pool.
It all is determined by what the company has put in place.
Qualification is usually determined by the amount of product you purchase each month (auto-ship), the amount of personally sponsored members that you maintain in the company, and the amount of total downline volume you have in the company.
The company might label these terms a bit differently but it all means the same thing.
Residual Commissions
In the typical MLM company, these commissions are what pay you monthly on the product purchases of your downline members that are part of the compensation plan structure that the company offers.
There are 3 typical compensation plan structures that MLM companies usually pay out these commissions which are:
- The Unilevel Compensation Plan
- The Binary Compensation Plan
- The Matrix Compensation Plan
Each of these compensation plans can and usually is a hybrid of the original structure in some way.
Usually with some type of generational added bonus for a higher ranked affiliate member in most cases.
I am not going to go into how each of these ranks since the company doesn’t want to release that information on what type of payment structure they are using.
Matching Bonus Commissions
Many of the MLM companies offer matching bonus commissions on your personally sponsored member’s residual income earnings each month.
This match can be continued for a few generations of members.
You will be paid out a percentage on either the volume production or the actual earning amount that your downline earns each month.
The amount of money or percentage match is usually determined by the rank that you are qualified at in the company.
Rank Advancement Bonus
These are commissions that you can earn when you advance to the next higher rank that the company offers.
This is only paid out one time.
Usually, this is not paid out until you hit the second or third rank in the company.
The commissions usually span between $50 all the way up to a lot.
Company Global Bonus Pool Commissions
This is a certain percentage of the company-wide profits that the company will set-aside and offer a piece to all qualifying affiliate members.
The way that you earn a piece of these commissions is usually by points earned and your rank in the company.
You don’t usually see this commission until you are halfway through the ranks that the company offers in most other MLM companies.
Car Bonus or Lifestyle Bonus Commissions
This is a residual type of commission and is also what many MLM companies offer as well.
This Car Bonus or Lifestyle Bonus that many companies label is a monthly car or lifestyle bonus the entices their affiliate members to produce more sales.
You can start to qualify for these monthly commissions after you pass the first few ranks that the company offers.
The amount usually starts out around an extra $150 per month to a few thousand.
There are few other bonuses that I can mention that other MLM companies, offer, but that really covers the majority of commissions that other MLM companies’ compensation plans offer.
With that lack of transparency that the company offers on the compensation plan, let’s continue.
My Green Compass Q and A Section
In this section of the review, we are going to answer some of the questions that you may have when thinking about joining the Green Compass CBD opportunity.
Is Green Compass Global BBB Accredited?

No, Green Compass Global is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau at this time.
This is not an indication that the company is a scam, it just means that they do not have accreditation at this time.
There are several 100 companies that we have run across that don’t have accreditation with the BBB that are 100% legitimate so not having or having accreditation is not that important in our opinion.
What’s The Cost To Join Green Compass Global?
The minimum cost to join Green Compass Global is $49.95 for the basic business kit.
The company does offer a product pack that you can purchase for $299.99 which is a discounted price of almost 50% if you were to purchase everything that is included separately.
There might be a perk for purchasing the success kit as well as the discount for your compensation plan, but since the company is not very transparent on how they pay their affiliate members, who the heck knows?
With that said, let’s find out what many of you have been waiting for which is…
Is Green Compass Global A Scam or Legit Opportunity?

In my opinion, I can’t honestly say if it is a scam or not without knowing how the compensation plan works.
I mean, they have everything else that they need to be in compliance like good retail products, new management, but knowing how the compensation plan works is a key detail.
If the government really wants to know how they pay their commissions on retail and member sales, they will find out one way or another, so there is no need to hide this detail.

My Final Green Compass CBD Review, Thoughts, and Bonus
In this final section of the review, we are going to share our final thoughts about the Green Compass CBD opportunity as a whole.
We have taken the time to research and review the information about the company, the products, and the compensation plan.
We have also shared our thoughts on what we felt about the company being a scam or not.
At this point, you should have a clear idea of what the company is, what they offer, how it works, but unfortunately, not how you make money with it.
What are your thoughts about it so far?
But here is the question…
Would we recommend the Global Compass CBD opportunity?
No, and here is why.
This company feels like how the older traditional MLM companies are structured and policed.
For example, if they find you advertising or marketing the business online, they will usually issue a warning to stop or terminate you and your position.
We (Digital Cash Kings) like to teach you how to make money online, not offline, so this company will definitely not fit it to our methods or recommendations.
I also REALLY don’t like the lack of transparency on the compensation plan.
However, I really do like the industry they are in, which is the CBD industry and is really hot, but not new to the MLM world.
If you were to ask me if there is a better CBC opportunity out on the market right now, I would say yes, and that company is called HempWorx.
And no, I am not at all affiliated with Hempworx in any way.
With that said, I hope you enjoyed my Green Compass Global review.

To much info on how to make money selling the product than there is on what the product does for or to the human body! Makes one wonder!!!
Hello Dotty, thanks for stopping bye. The reason there is a lot of information about the compensation plan on my review is that my website is centered around people that want to earn extra money from home. I’ve included information about what products are offered by the company and the ingredients that the product has which a simple Google search can help fill in the areas about the ingredients that you are specifically looking for. I am not understanding what you mean by your “Makes you wonder” comment?
I used to be an advocate. There is more push/focus on signing other people up as advocates than the product. AND, they are about auto-ship. I had to get out because not only do you pay to become an affiliate to sell their product, but you have to pay $10 a month for the website AND you have to sell so much product to stay active… so if you do not sell your quota but want to stay active YOU yourself have to buy product (or a certain BV = business value) in hopes of re-selling at at retail price to get your money back. Why would anyone pay to sell a product?! I got wise quick. Not saying the product isn’t any good, but if you as a customer want to buy it, you will be hit with the sales pitch of auto-ship and becoming an advocate.
Great point of view you shared with us! Each MLM company is similar in certain ways. You have to either spend money or take the time needed to make money in the MLM or affiliate marketing industry. By telling people about the opportunity is common practice, I mean why wouldn’t you want to let people know that they have an option? You will lose money when you don’t share the business opportunity side of it. Additionally, what if you find a person that blows it out of the water, a percentage of their sales commissions will roll up to you.
I agree…. and GC is SUPER expensive. That was my biggest complaint from customers. There are other very reputable companies with as good or better products for $50.00 less for same exact size bottles. I have done a TON of research to make sure this is accurate. I love the products and the people, but the high prices turn most people who are initially interested completely off.

This is a link to the comp plan I found on another site. I was approached by a long-time friend who is now a “Director” (the highest-ranking sales rep tier). He’s also met with the CEO several times regarding going to work directly for corporate. While I do agree with a lot of your “cons”, I think with this product being what it is and how its popularity has skyrocketed in such a short time that it’s not quite “selling Amway” or opening up a “Herbalife smoothie shop” for lack of better comparisons lol. While I am extremely hesitant about everything MLM, I think the product in question has the chance to make this particular venture go a different way than those I mentioned before. But as a marketing and sales professional I do believe they need to get ahead of and change certain policies that you’ve mentioned above to separate themselves from all the MLM failures that have preceded them. Granted just like those that fell before, if you’re going to be on top of the bubble before the inevitable burst, you do stand a good chance to make some great money now while CBD is still growing in popularity.
Thanks for your input and comment, Rob.
I enjoy your reviews and would love for you to review The Good Inside company and give me your thoughts.
I’ll look into it, and thank you.
It’s interesting that you say most MLMs share there compensation plans on their website. I’ve worked for a few MLMs, all ranges of years in, and I’ve never had one that shares their Comp plan on their website. They always share it either once you sign up (via back office) or through the rep. What companies that you know of share their comp plan directly on their website?
Also, you might want to rethink your recommended CBD company given the information that has come out about them recently.
It’s more interesting is that you would join ANY opportunity not knowing how you make money with them?! I hope you’re not doing that Sarah. Also, it’s very easy to find the comp plan to many of the MLM companies that I am referring to, just do a Google search for any MLM “COMPANY NAME compensation plan pdf” or pay plan or rewards plan. Also, I recommend certain companies based on their face value, neither you nor I can tell what is going on inside the company. Also, if you are referring to a lawsuit or a fine from the government for said company, did you know that almost all of the companies that are doing big numbers in MLM business go through this, it only matters what happens next and “what changes” the MLM company has to make to be in compliance which usually pisses off some reps. I have no clue what company you are referring to, but if Green Compass starts making big profits, it will probably happen to them too.
They actually do provide a compensation plan and are very upfront about it before you join. Simply look up green compass global compensation plan on YouTube and it’s right there for you.
Hello Alisha, you’re not getting the point of not having your own compensation plan attached to your official website. The first issue is that the videos posted are not officially posted by the company… why? A good comparison would be if you would walk into a restaurant and ask for a menu, the waitress tells you to look it up on Youtube to find it… just do a search… lol. NOPE!
