To know the difference between a legitimate program and a company that is not operating in compliance with the law can be difficult to see for the new person.

This is what we are here for, to do all of the research for you so that you don’t have to.

We are going to look at all of the information about the company, the products, and the compensation plan to see if they have everything in place to be a legitimate opportunity.

Envy TV Review – What Is It?

Envy TV Reviews What Is It

Envy TV is an MLM company that you can make money from by recruiting new members, selling the service, and building a downline of multiple levels of monthly paid members and customers.

The niche that I would say that Envy TV is the “cut-the-cord” streaming TV niche which has gotten popular in the past year with a new streaming TV popping up every few months.

Company Overview

One of the things that we like to see when we review any MLM company is to learn who the owner is.

This gives us the opportunity to check out their experience and background they had in the industry.

With that said, the founders are Clay Samson and Eddie Freeman and the company is based out of Nevada in the United States, but they are using one of those virtual addresses that are usually a USPS mailbox.

When doing some research online, we found that Clay is promoting his program (TheClayCode) that is suppose to help members engage is finding clients and customers for their business is some way through a LinkedIn profile of his.

We found that Clay promoted an MLM Company that was called “World Leadership Group” back in 2007.

He then moved to another MLM company to promote that was called Nui which fell into securities issues with the SEC back in July 2018.

Eddie, on the other hand, promoted a company that was called KZ1 which is an MLM company that dealt in health supplements.

KZ1 actually was called eXfuse before they changed the name back in 2017.

That is all the information that we found on the company and the owners, let’s continue on to the next section.

What Products Does Envy TV Offer?

Envy TV Products Review

In this section of the review, we are going to take a look at the products that Envy TV offer.

As mentioned before, there have been a few of these streaming TV app programs popping up that are offering those extra premium channels that you can watch on your TV or online.

This is another MLM streaming TV program that adds to the lineup.

The service that the company offers is an IPTV service for $49.95 per month.

This monthly price will give you access to watch the service on 3 of your devices.

The company has it listed on their company page that you will get access to over 1000 channels of TV stations that you can watch that include premium and live TV.

You will be able to watch the Envy TV Service on these devices:

Envy TV Product Devices
  • Android Devices
  • Apple Devices
  • Your Computer
  • On your TV

I believe that you can also watch your local channels with your service as well.

Here is a breakdown of some of the category channels that Envy TV offer:

  • Premium Sports Channels
  • Local Channels
  • Premium Movie Channels
  • Premium Cable Channels
  • Premium Children’s Channels
  • Premium Pay-Per-View Channels

There is no mention of who the provider of the IPTV system is or what system they are using.

I can only imagine it is one that many of the other programs use since they all seem to be very similar in layout and design to the few that I’ve seen.

With that said, let’s continue on to the next section.

The infinity bonus commissions that Envy TV offers are actually the residual income that you can earn from the compensation plan.

Envy TV uses the MLM unilevel compensation plan structure to pay out these commissions.

For those that are not familiar with how the unilevel compensation plan works, here is a quick breakdown:

  • 1st Level – The first level of your compensation plan will only have your personally recruited members on it.

My Envy TV Q and A Section

In this section of the review, we are going to answer some of the questions that people may have when thinking about joining the Envy TV opportunity.

Is Envy TV Accredited With The BBB?

Envy TV Better Business Bureau

No, Envy TV is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau at this time.

This is not an indication that the company is a scam because of its lack of BBB listing or accreditation.

In my experience, there have been a TON of companies that were not found on the BBB that are 100% legitimate.

What’s The Cost To Join Envy TV?

The minimum cost to join the Envy TV opportunity will be $49.95 per month.

You must also maintain this cost each month to stay commission qualified.

They do offer affiliate packages that will offer more commissions that you can earn from the company’s compensation plan like residual commissions which cost:

  • Basic Affiliate – This package will cost $257.
  • Field Affiliate Package – This package will cost $497.
  • Senior Affiliate Package – This package will cost $997.

Now, let’s answer the question that many of you have which is…

Is Envy TV A Scam or Legitimate IPTV Opportunity?

Is Envy TV A Scam or Legit IPTV MLM

In my opinion, no, Envy TV is not a scam with the information that I have found.

They offer everything they need to offer in order to be in compliance with the law like:

  • Retail Service/Product
  • A Fair Compensation Plan
  • A Good Product

However, with that said, one of the concerning things that I can see is the licensing agreements or “lack of” when it concerns offering all the premium channels that the company offers.

If they don’t have these agreements, then this can greatly shorten the lifespan of this company.

With that said, I have no idea if they do have these agreements or not, and that is why I gave it the rating I did.

My Final Envy TV Review, Thoughts, and Bonus

In the last section of this review, we are going to share our final thoughts about the Envy TV opportunity as a whole with an included bonus.

We have taken the time to review the information about the company, the products, and the compensation plan.

We have also shared our thoughts on why we didn’t feel that Envy TV is a scam and our reasons why.

At this point, you should have a good idea about what Envy TV is, what they offer, how it works, and how you can make money with it.

What are your thoughts about it this far?

But here is the question…

Do we recommend the Envy TV opportunity?

At this time, we do recommend it but we also have a word of caution behind our recommendation.

Since we have no idea about any agreements that the company has with all of the premium channels that they offer, and it does turn out that they are not licensed, this can cause some serious issues for the company and your long-term commissions with it as well.

With that said, I hope you enjoyed my Envy TV review.

  1. So I was part of Envy TV from the beginning hours. When their Xtream Codes based panel went down in Sept. 2019, (The fed’s busted the ones overseas, 50M lost service) I attempted to offer assistance to Clayton (Acting CEO) to stop the bleeding in any way I could, being a founding member of his team, etc.

Clayton took offense to my choice of words, threw a giant fit and kicked me out of Envy TV when I would not kiss his ring. He is an ego-maniac, and demands blind loyalty to be part of his “Group.”

Unfortunately for him, and his partners in the firm (Eddie is a stand-up guy and needs to separate himself from unhinged Clayton immediately IMO), Clayton will drive this service into the ground.

You can tell a lot by a leader, and Clayton has zero leadership skills, instead blaming everyone but himself for the issues he has run into.

Avoid ENVY TV like the plague! While all IPTV services are iffy at best on their legality, EnvyTV will burn you the instant you step out of their perceived line. IPP is Clayton’s motto, and we all wish he would actually follow it, instead of insult, degrade, and fly off the handle when things don’t go his way. Beware, He’s a loose cannon that is sinking the EnvyTV Ship!

If you want a true Network Marketing team to be apart of, IPTV services probably aren’t your best bet for long term wealth creation. And the leadership ability of Clayton, should let you know immediately that he’s not a man you want to follow!

    BUYER BEWARE!

  2. I joined EnvyTV the day it started. The streaming service was great until recently when it ran into some issues because of whatever happened overseas. For a few weeks, there were problems streaming some of the channels. Clayton informed everyone of the issues by email and on his FB group. At that time, he promised that within 3 weeks he would have an even better streaming service for all loyal customers and affiliates. True to his word, he has had a 3.0 system built with better streaming. I could not ask for better streaming service, the picture is clear and no buffering. I get local, sports, movies, ppv, and more channels for a low monthly fee. What else can you ask for. It is definitely not a scam. As for the prior complaint, there will always be someone who does not like something. You can’t please everyone.

  3. Clayton Sampson goes live a lot with exciting news, unfortunately this service is getting worse, i would pay triple the amount if this worked on a consistent basis, but it doesnt and has never. The only reason i tolerate the below par service is because its $49.97. Works a little better during the week, but when its time for football or the weekend, you can count on freezing, guide not working and when it does its usually wrong. Big Boo to Sampson

  4. I will stick with what streaming TV service I use. Almost half the price, only pays 2 levels but pays 50% of revenue generated, no qualifying to earn, paid weekly and offers more channels.
