Welcome to my unbiased Bode Pro review and Compensation Plan breakdown.
One of the things that we are going to cover today is how Bode Pro works.
We are going to take the time to research and review the information about the compensation plan, the products, and the company to see what it is really all about.
I will be covering how to make money with Bode Pro by simplifying the pay plan and giving you details about how the pay structure works and how you make money with it.
I will also include a brief overview of the products and company, just because I feel it’s relevant, and will also include charts where needed.
Also, before you go, make sure to grab one of the money-making bonuses that I have included below.
With that said, let’s dig in and see what this program is all about.
How Do You Make Money With Bode Pro?
Basically Bode Pro is an MLM company.
With any type of MLM companies, you will have to share this opportunity with others by sharing your referral link and when someone buys a product or upgrades to become a distributor of the company, you will receive a commission.
There are several types of compensation plan structures.
Some of the types of compensation plans include a binary, matrix, and unilevel.
Those are the most common and most simple to understand, but the majority of new MLM companies that are launching, and even many that have been in business for a while are moving toward a hybrid type of compensation plan structure.
With that being said, Bode Pro’s compensation plan is a unilevel compensation plan that pays out 7 levels deep and with 12 ranks.
How Does The Bode Pro Compensation Plan Work?
In this section, I am going to attempt to simplify each aspect of the compensation plan.
I will first give the official version of what is on the Bode Pro compensation plan pdf., then I will give you a breakdown of what each section means in the easier way of understanding it… hopefully.
So here we go, the first step to earn commissions with Bode Pro is to become a customer.
Official PDF Version:
Customers pay the suggested retail price and can participate in one of the two options.
The Loyalty Program OR the Get Happy Program provided they select our AutoShip Program and have a predetermined order shipped automatically every month which establishes their eligibility to receive free products.
They can cancel or change their order anytime 7 days before the scheduled shipping date. The default program will be the Loyalty Program.
So, basically when you first want to join Bode Pro, no matter what you will be considered a customer.
You can either be on an auto-ship program with a product package or a 1-time customer. If you want to be able to earn, you will need to qualify to make any commission. I will explain this in the next section.
A Customer has the option to be promoted to Influencer when they have referred a minimum of 1 customer and have purchased an Influencer Starter Pack for $29.95. Upon recruiting 1 customer, they unlock 4 things:
- RETAIL PROFIT OF 15% FOR 1 CUSTOMER SALE
- ENJOY A 25% DISCOUNT OFF RETAIL PRICES FOR ALL PERSONAL PURCHASES WHEN YOU MAINTAIN AT LEAST 1 ACTIVE CUSTOMER
- THEIR BOD•Ē HAPPY PRODUCT CAN BE FREE THE FOLLOWING MONTH WITH THE GET HAPPY PROGRAM
- EARN THE RANK ADVANCEMENT BONUS OF $5
Their next goal is to attain the Gold and Platinum Influencer levels respectively by building their customer community up to a minimum of 4 active customers and a total volume of 150 QV or more. If an Influencer does not maintain 1 active customer for a period of 3 consecutive months, they will be reclassified to the customer status.
The Influencer will pay the monthly fee of $9.95 for ongoing social media training, internet marketing tools and an annual fee of $29.95 to remain an active Influencer.
Customers and Influencers on Autoship with a minimum monthly order of 25 points can participate in either the 6 month Loyalty Program the monthly Get Happy Program.
The Loyalty Program (this will be the default in no program is selected) allows them to earn free product credit for every 6th consecutive months of orders at a minimum of 25 points of the product.
The Get Happy Program will offer them a free Bod•ē Happy credit if they maintain a minimum of 2 active customers in a calendar month with a minimum of a Bod•ē Happy each.
You cannot combine these offers. Applicable tax and shipping and handling charges will be added to the free product promotion. Any customer points generated from customer referrals will count towards the Influencer’s customer community total.
RETAIL PROFIT PLAN
Customers will not be placed in the compensation tree.
They will form Customer Communities directly tied to the enrolling Influencer. These Retail Profits will be paid monthly and dynamically compressed to the next qualified upline sponsor.
For example: If an Influencer qualifies for a 15% retail profit on a customer sale, and their upline sponsor is a qualified Gold Influencer, that Gold would be paid the 5% retail difference. Their upline qualified Platinum Influencer would earn the remaining 5% retail profit.
PLAN PROTECTION RULES
Official PDF Version:
In order to earn bonuses, at least 50.01% of your total qualified group volume (the levels you are qualified to be paid on) must be from customer-generated sales. If this falls below the 50.01%, no bonuses for that month can be paid.
Any personal product purchases will not qualify you for the following bonuses, only personally enrolled downline customer and influencer personal purchases qualify you.
Basically, this section is a disclaimer that you must qualify to have a certain amount of volume to earn any of the extra bonuses that Bode Pro pays out in commissions. The bonuses are broken down in the next sections.
PLATINUM BONUS PLAN
Official PDF Version:
Each product is assigned a commissionable point value called ‘points’. A level is comprised of a qualified Platinum Influencer at 150 points. Any lower-ranked Influencer orders and their customer orders ‘roll-up’ to the immediately qualified Platinum count as a Platinum Bonus level.
In order to qualify for a Platinum Bonus, a Platinum Influencer in a calendar month must have personally enrolled a minimum of 4 Customers that create a minimum of 150 commissionable points.
In subsequent months, to remain qualified at the Platinum Influencer rank, you must maintain 150 points for personally enrolled customers and influencers personal purchases and maintain a minimum of 1+ active customer(s).
This bonus is paid monthly and is a paid percentage of that commissionable point total. Dynamic compression would compress up any unearned bonuses to the first higher rank upline qualified Influencer and continue searching upline until the maximum bonuses are paid. To achieve the rank of Star Platinum Influencer, you’ll need 3 personally enrolled qualified Platinum Influencer legs along with an organizational total volume points of 500.
And to achieve the rank of 1 Star Platinum Influencer, you’ll need 4 personally enrolled qualified Platinum Influencers in your 3+ legs along with an organizational total volume points of 2,500 with no more than 60% of that volume generated from 1 leg.
To Achieve 2 Star Platinum Influencer, you’ll need 5 personally enrolled qualified Platinum Influencers in your 3+ legs along with an organizational total volume points of 10,000 with no more than 60% of that volume generated from 1 leg.
And finally, to achieve 3 Star Platinum Influencer, you’ll need 6 personally enrolled qualified Platinum Influencers in your 3+ legs along with an organizational total volume points of 20,000 with no more than 60% of that volume generated from 1 leg.
You will need to have a team volume of 150 points, you will also need to have 1 personally sponsored customer only, meaning they have not sponsored anyone or they have sponsored someone, but simply have not upgraded to become an influencer. This will qualify you for the Platinum Bonus Plan.
CHECK MATCHING BONUS
Official PDF Version:
The check matching bonus will be paid out to qualified Star Platinum and above leaders on their personal Platinum or above enroller tree earnings of their Platinum Bonus totals. If a Check Matching Bonus is generated and not qualified for by the enroller, dynamic compression will pay that bonus to the next upline qualified enroller and to the 3 next upline qualified enrollees.
This basically means that when you reach the rank of “Star Platinum” rank and above you will qualify for a check matching bonus. You are going to make a check match on all your members that are on your team whether you put them in the business or not, down to the next qualifies “start platinum”. So let’s say you sponsor 3 leaders that put in a lot of people, but yet only 1 of those leaders hit “Star Platinum, you will reap all the check matching from the other 2 leaders that are on your team unless they have a qualified “Star Platinum” in their downline, and you will get the match down to that person only.
Official PDF Version:
Every product will be ‘coded’ with a 5% leadership bonus. This bonus will be paid out monthly on all point volumes in all legs with no more than 60% of the total volume coming from one leg. This bonus will be paid out up to the first partial or full block.
This bonus is paid out monthly, and what you get is a 5% extra bonus from all your volume on your team with some restrictions of course. So basically to qualify for this, you want a few legs pushing the volume, not just 1 huge runaway leg. Remember that this is a unilevel, so all of your personal referrals account for 1 leg, so if you refer 100 people, you will have 100 legs going toward that calculation.
RANK ADVANCEMENT BONUSES
One time rank advancement bonuses will be paid 15 days after the close of the business month. 4 and 5 Star Platinum along with Elite and Ambassador will be paid 15 days after the second consecutive month of sales at the respective levels.

Bode Pro Company Quick Overview
BK Boreyko is the owner and CEO of Bode Pro.
Bode Pro is making some big headlines due to the run-in with the FTC that BK had when he was the owner of VEMMA.
VEMMA eventually got shut down for legalities that they felt VEMMA and BK were not following
BK was not out, and started this new company and is doing it right in the eyes of the regulators this time.
Whether I feel this was justice for the FTC to step in and cause havoc for VEMMA is beside the point, I just feel that sometimes it’s just not right or just, and sometimes I feel that these regulators want to go after companies to earn a big check.
Like I said whether I feel it was just is beside the point, and I personally do not have all the details nor do I care to dive in that deep.
I’m just glad BK started a new company and is doing it right now because VEMMA was an amazing company with some amazing products.
With that said, the compensation plan is really all over the place in my mind especially when I first looked at it.
What I mean is that nothing is straightforward, there is a lot of parts to the whole pay plan that I will try to break down for you with both in quick explanation and a video in the Bode Pro commission breakdown section coming up.
Some of the information was gathered here: Source
Bode Pro Compensation Plan Video
Here is a video that explains how the commission plan and structure all works with a video breakdown from BK Boreko the owner.

Quick Look Into The Bode Pro Products
In this section of the review, we are going to take a quick look at the Bode Pro products.
Ok, so, first of all, some of you might be wondering if the Bode Pro products the same as the Vemma products.
I am not 100% sure, many of them seem to be that same.
If you think about it, it would just make sense to carry over some if not all the products from VEMMA and simply re-label them.
Like I mentioned earlier, I am not 100% sure about the products being the same as the VEMMA products, you can be the judge for now, or if there are any distributors that are marketing Bode Pro that has any inside information, can you leave a comment below to give me an update on whether these are the same or not.
So BK Boreko’s previous company VEMMA had some amazing products, and Bode Pro’s new company seems to follow the same path as far as quality is concerned.
Bode Pro Happy
This would be Bode Pro’s flagship product or the product that they feel they should lead with.
This is a nutrient-dense drink that helps with focus and energy throughout the day, they also claim that it helps with healthier-looking nails and hair.
Bode Pro Burn
This is basically a 2-in-1 energy and protein shake. Giving you the energy you need while giving you that extra meal replacement protein that has been proven to help in any weight loss program.
Bode Pro Shake
The shake is more of a mix between protein and carbohydrates which is intended to be for weight management like the Burn, but more geared to give you that “full” feeling that you would get when eating a meal. This shake is to help with weight loss when used as a meal replacement.
This is a vitamin and nutrient-packed drink, that you can get in 32 oz bottles, or shake powder packets ready to mix. This is geared to give you those extra nutrients and vitamins you need when you are lowering calorie intake and also working out to help no lose any muscle and actually helps in muscle gain as well.
This product is geared to energy. This company claims that this will give you an all-natural caffeine boost without those hard crashes that you would get on most other energy drinks that will include added vitamins and nutrients.

With that said, let’s continue on with the review.
Bode Pro Compensation Plan Breakdown
So with any Network Marketing company, they have some type of fast start commissions, residuals, and bonuses.
The Bode Pro’s commission structure has this, but it’s hard to understand what is what when you look at the .pdf version of the pay plan.
But they do, they just have their own style of wording certain aspects of the commission plan that makes it more colorful, and I am guessing more in compliance as well.
But it’s the same in certain aspects, but a hybrid version in other aspects that I hopefully covered in the previous section.
If not, I have included a Bode Pro commission plan breakdown video from the man himself… BK Boreko.

Bode Pro Pay Plan Recap
Well, you can definitely make a substantial income from how with Bode Pro’s compensation plan.
But what I will restate is that it is going to take some time and a lot of effort.
You are going to have to learn a new skill just like anything else and like anything else it’s going to take time.
I would set aside 2 years for Bode Pro, and understand how to become the best Bode Pro representative that you can be by soaking in all the knowledge you can from both the company and the top distributors of the company.
In regards to the Bode Pro commission plan.
It’s quite an eyeful of information to learn and monetize to its full potential, but it can be done.
If you believe in BK and the Bode Pro program than work it.
What I am saying it can be done, but it’s gonna take some time.
So with the Bode Pro products, they are physical, meaning that you can touch and feel them, and in this case consume.
The company is owned by a well-respected guy in this industry, and I feel that you will be in great hands with his leadership knowledge and what he knows now as far as regulation.
And finally, I hope some of these Bode Pro charts, videos, and breakdowns helped you in understanding the compensation plan better with a more detailed approach that I haven’t seen anywhere else.
Is Bode Pro BBB Accredited?
No, Bode Pro is not listed on the Better Business Bureau website at this time.
There was not a listing that popped up for me when I searched for it at least.
This does not make a company or program a scam, it simply means that the company is not listed.
Additionally, there have been a ton of companies that are not listed on the BBB that has been in business for several years that have never been listed on the BBB.
We don’t ever take into consideration whether or not a company is legit by what the BBB has it listed as.
My Final Bode Pro Review, Conclusion, and Bonus
In the final section of my review, I will share my thoughts and opinions about the Bode Pro opportunity as a whole.
So, here are some of my final thoughts.
I will always say that if you find a home with an MLM company, make sure to stick with it.
This is the only way to have any success with any MLM company on the market.
If you are new to Network Marketing, then this holds true more!
Just like anything else you are going to have to learn how to make money with Network Marketing and to be more specific, make money with Bode Pro.
It’s not going to happen overnight either.
Just tell yourself and make sure that you understand that this is going to be at least a 2-year project to have the best results.
Is Bode Pro The Only Company To Make Money With Online?
Bode Pro is not the only platform to make money online, although the Bode Pro’s compensation plan is not that bad, this is just one way to make money online or from home, there are many other ways to earn money from home that might be a bit easier in my personal opinion, but have several years proving this theory correct but hey, you can decide for yourself.
I personally started out in Network Marketing and have built huge teams in several companies through the use of Internet Marketing and if you were to ask me where you should start, or what would be a good opportunity to have the most success with I would suggest going with an evergreen company, something that people need now, and what people need and want to buy many years from now that has really great training, resources, tools, and income potential.
That is why before getting started with anything else you should really check out the links throughout this page.
