Are Global is an MLM opportunity that you can join as an affiliate member and sell the products, recruit other affiliate members, and build a downline to earn money with it.

The niche that I would consider this company to be in is the health supplement niche.

Company Overview

When taking a look at any company that runs off the MLM business model, we like to see who owns or runs the company within one of the company pages.

This shows transparency and offers a sense of trust to potential members.

This information also gives us the ability to learn more about the background and experience that the owner has.

With that said, we found that the company CEO is Hiep Tran and he is also labeled as the founder.

The company actually started back in 2016 and is based out of California in the United States.

As far as Hiep having any Network Marketing experience, we were not able to find any online.

However, we did find that Tran was the co-founder for a company in 2008 called Meritus payment Solutions which was later bought out by Optimal Payments back in 2014.

Apparently, he stayed with the company in some fashion, because in 2014, he became the CEO for Paysafe which was renamed Optimal Solutions.

We know that he has extensive experience in running big companies but we have found that he was working long hours and took a toll on his health.

He then resigned in 2016 from Paysafe as the CEO and then started Amare Global in the same year.

His executive team includes:

• Shawn Talbott
• Rich Higbee
• Mike Brown

What Products Does Amare Global Offer?

In this section of the review, we are going to cover the information about the products that Amare Global offers.

Like we mentioned in our opening section, the company is in the health supplement niche.

They offer several products to help better your gut health.

The products that Amare Global offers are inspired by traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda.

The catchphrase that the company calls its products is the “gut-brain-axis”.

The company claims that science has proven a correlation between your gut and your brain and to have total health, you need both to be healthy.

The company has also said that recent studies have found that our gut microbiome has more than 100 TRILLION bacterial cells that outnumber human cells by a factor of 10 to 1.

The company has said that these studies have claimed that these microbes produce more neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin than your brain produces.

These are the compounds that affect how we feel, our mood, and the energy we have.

When the gut and the brain are in balance, this is the foundation for mental wellness.

So, with that said, the company’s products are not targeted for the brain, they are targeted for healthy gut health.

Shawn Talbott is the Chief Science Officer and also the product formulator.

• MentaBiotics – This product is a “comprehensive combination of unique strains of probiotics, prebiotics, and phytobiotics that have been scientifically shown to improve mental wellness”. This product retails for $74.95 and also has an option for sugar-free.
• MentaFocus – This product is “clinically shown to support focus, mental sharpness, clarity, creativity, and cognitive functioning”. This product retails for $44.95 for a bottle of 60 capsules.

• Energy+ – This product offers “mental energy that delivers rapid improvements in brain and physical performance”. This product retails for $44.95 for a box of 30 single-serve sticks.
• Relief+ – This product “supports the body’s natural pain response system”. This product retails for $54.95 for a bottle of 45 capsules.
• Sleep+ – This product will offer a “rejuvenating, refreshing, restful sleep”. This product retails for $59.95 for a bottle of 60 capsules.
• Digestive – This product offers a “complete GI Support”. This product retails for $29.95 for a bottle of 60 capsules.
• OmMega – This product “supports cardiovascular and cognitive functions”. This product retails for $29.95 for a bottle of 60 capsules.
• GBX Protein – This product is a “microbiome-boosting plant protein”. This product retails for $39.95 a canister. (available chocolate or vanilla)
• GBX SeedFiber – This product is a “microbiome-boosting seed powder”. This product retails for $36.95 and comes in a tub.
• Kinda FundaMentals – This product is an “all-in-one gut-brain axis nutrition for kids and teens”. This product retails for $66.95 and comes in a tub.

There are also bulk product package order options that you can purchase that will offer discount pricing.

One of the things that we like is that the company’s price listing for their products is very transparent and listed on the company website without needing to create an account to see them.

How Does The Amare Global Compensation Plan Work?

In this section of the review, we are going to take a look at how the compensation plan works and how you can make money with the Amare Global opportunity.

Like we mentioned before, Amare is an MLM program that offers multiple levels of downline commissions that you can earn from.

There are basically 2 main ways to make money with Amare Global which are:

• Retail Commissions
• Referral Commissions

Getting Started

The first step in getting started with the Amare opportunity is actually joining as an affiliate member.

The affiliate membership to qualify to earn commissions with Amare Global is $69.95.

They also have a product package that you can purchase that will offer over $1,000 worth of products that will be offered at a discount. (cost listed below)

Becoming Commission Qualified

After you join, the one qualification that you will need to reach is earning or obtaining and maintaining at least 100 PV worth of retail product sales or personal purchases each month.

This will qualify you to earn commissions from the compensation plan that Amare offers.

The acronym for what the company calls “PV” means “personal volume”.

Personal volume is the sales volume from product purchases or by you selling the products for the retail cost through the website where you will earn a certain PV for either action.

Retail Commissions

The first way that you can earn in any legitimate MLM company is by retail sales as an affiliate member.

You can sell the products on the website that will count toward the compensation plan commissions or you can purchase the product for the wholesale price and then sell them for a retail price.

You then will keep the difference between the two costs.

Amare Global Rank Qualifications

One of the important ways to earn more money with any Network Marketing program is by “ranking up”.

When you qualify for a higher rank in the company, you will be able to earn more money each month.

Amare Global offers a total of 13 ranks that you can qualify for in the compensation plan the company offers.

**One of the main qualifications to qualify for any rank in the compensation plan is to maintain a 100 PV autoship each month.

Here is a breakdown of each rank and the qualifications you will need to reach each one:

• One Heart Partner Rank – To qualify for this rank, you need to be commission qualified and also generate at least 300 GV per month.
• Two Heart Partner Rank – To qualify for this rank, you need to be commission qualified and also generate at least 750 GV per month.
• Three Heart Partner Rank – To qualify for this rank, you need to be commission qualified and also generate at least 1500 GV per month.
• Bronze Heart Mentor Rank – To qualify for this rank, you need to be commission qualified, personally sponsor, and maintain at least 3 ranked One Heart Partners and also generate at least 3000 GV per month.
• Silver Heart Mentor Rank – To qualify for this rank, you need to be commission qualified, personally sponsor, and maintain at least 3 ranked Two Heart Partners and also generate at least 5000 GV per month.

GV  – This means Group Volume which is your downline sales volume.

Personal Customer Volume Bonus

The Personal Customer Volume Bonus that Amare Global offers is a direct and residual bonus percentage that you can earn that will be added to your personal retail customer volume commissions.

Here is a quick breakdown:

• When you personally produce 500 to 999 in PV in a single month, you will get a 5% personal customer bonus rate.
• When you personally produce 1000 to 1499 in PV in a single month, you will get a 10% personal customer bonus rate.
• When you personally produce 1500 or more in PV in a single month, you will get a 15% personal customer bonus rate.

After 60 days a 5% residual customer volume is paid on all your retail volume.

Heart Start Bonus Commissions

The Heart Start Bonus Commissions are basically what many refer to as a “matching fast start bonus” but with an extra bonus.

You can earn on your new member’s personal product orders for their first 60 days and through 3 levels of the unilevel compensation plan.

For those that are not familiar with how the unilevel compensation plan works, here is a quick breakdown:

• 1st Level – The first level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have your personally recruited members on it.
• 2nd Level – The second level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have team members that your level 1 members personally recruit on it.
• 3rd Level – The third level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have team members that your level 2 members personally recruit on it.
• and so on…

So, basically, you can earn on 3 levels of your unilevel compensation plan for the Heart Start Bonus.

Here is a breakdown of how this works:

• 1st Level – Earn 20% from your personally recruited member’s product purchases their first 2 months.
• 2nd Level – Earn 10% from your level 2 unilevel member’s product purchases for their first 2 months.
• 3rd Level – Earn 5% from your level 3 unilevel member’s product purchases their first 2 months.

Me and 3 Bonus Commissions

This is a bonus to help pay for your monthly required product purchase each month.

There are 2 levels that you can earn commissions from this bonus.

When you personally recruit 3 members, that maintain their monthly autoship, you will earn $135 each month.

When your 3 personally recruited members each recruit 3 members that maintain a monthly autoship you will earn an additional $250 each month.

Unilevel Residual Commissions (unilevel)

These are the commissions that most people that join an MLM company are attracted to.

The ability to earn commissions from a downline of distributors and customers each and every month for their product purchases each month.

The Amare Global opportunity offers an MLM unilevel compensation plan to pay out these commissions that I’ve explained above.

There are a total of 7 levels of commissions that you can earn which will depend on your qualified rank on how many levels you can earn from.

Here is a breakdown of how this works:

• One Heart Partner Rank – When you qualify for this rank in the company, you will be able to earn 5% from level 1 of your unilevel compensation plan only.
• Two Heart Partner Rank – When you qualify for this rank in the company, you will be able to earn 5% from level 1 and 4% on level 2 of your unilevel compensation plan.
• Three Heart Partner Rank – When you qualify for this rank in the company, you will be able to earn 5% from levels 1 and 2 and 3% on level 3 of your unilevel compensation plan.
• Bronze Heart Mentor Rank – When you qualify for this rank in the company, you will be able to earn 5% from levels 1 through 3 and 4% on level 4 of your unilevel compensation plan.
• Silver Heart Mentor Rank – When you qualify for this rank in the company, you will be able to earn 5% from levels 1 through 4 and 4% on level 5 of your unilevel compensation plan.
• Gold Heart Mentor Rank – When you qualify for this rank in the company, you will be able to earn 5% from levels 1 through 5 and 4% on level 6 of your unilevel compensation plan.
• Platinum Heart Mentor Rank – When you qualify for this rank in the company, you will be able to earn 5% from levels 1 through 6 and 4% on level 7 of your unilevel compensation plan.
• Leader Rank and All The Higher Ranks – When you qualify for any of these top ranks in the company, you will be able to earn 5% from all 7 levels of your unilevel compensation plan.

Revenue Bonus Pool Commissions

Affiliate members of Amare Global can earn a total percentage of 7% from the company-wide sales volume from all the customer volume. (CV)

Basically, you will be able to earn a percentage that is divided into 3 pools of commissions the company made through a CV that is set-aside and offered to every member that qualifies.

The more shares you earn, the bigger the amount you can earn from each pool.

This pool has 3 pools which consist of one 2% pool, another 2% pool, and a 3% pool.

• Mentor Pool – 2% of the company-wide CV
• Leader Pool – 2% of the company-wide CV
• Servant Leader Pool – 3% of the company-wide CV

When you personally recruit a member that reaches the rank of 3 Heart Partners, the first month that they qualify for that rank you will earn a temporary 1 share bonus point.

Leader Ranked Bonus Pool (2%)

• Leader Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will earn 1 share with 1 bonus share.
• Senior Leader Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will earn 3 shares with 1 bonus share.
• Executive Leader Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will earn 5 shares with 1 bonus share.

When you reach the top of the company ranks and reach servant leader status, you will earn additional shares in a bigger bonus pool that consists of 3%.

Go Forward Infinity Bonus Commissions

When you reach the top 3 ranks in the company and qualify for the Servant Leader ranks in the company, you will start earning an infinity bonus from all *new* legs in your unilevel compensation plan after you reach these ranks.
