Welcome to my 30 Day Success Formula Review.
One of the questions that many people have when thinking about joining the 30 Day Success Formula is if it a scam or not.
One of the things that I want to point out is that I am NOT affiliated with this program so this review will be unbiased.
There has been a TON of interest in this program lately on my social media feeds that I decided to take a closer look and give my personal views and thoughts about it based on my experience.
I noticed there are also many bloggers calling it a scam, but I am not really sure because their reasons on why they are calling it a scam doesn’t really fit with what the law says.
So, we are going to share with you the information about the company, the products, how it works, and the compensation plan with the research that we completed.
Also, before you go, make sure to grab one of the money-making bonuses that I’ve included below.
With that said, let’s dig in and see if this program is really a scam or legitimate direct mail opportunity.
30 Day Success Formula Review – What Is It?
30 Day Success Formula is an affiliate marketing program that you can join to make extra money with the opportunity it provides.
There have been some conflicting statements about it being an MLM company but in reality, the business model is an affiliate program model with it only having 2 levels of commissionable pay.
This is very important to know when doing our final research on the legitimacy of the company.
The niche that I would say that 30 Day Success Formula is the direct mail biz opp niche.
The main concept is to promote this program through Direct Mail marketing with a sales letter that will instruct people to call a number that will have a person answer to help close your sales for you.
Once that person wants to join, they will have to mail out 3 separate letters that will contain a certain amount of money to their 2 up lines and 1 letter with money to the company.
Once they send out the 3 letters and once processed, the new member now has access to their products and the ability to earn money with the program as well.
One of the things that we like to see when researching a company that you can make money from home with is who owns or runs it on the company page.
Unfortunately, we could not find any information on the company website on who runs or owns this company.
This is what we found when researching the domain name:
- The domain name “30daysuccessformula.com” was registered on 5-20-2017.
- The domain name was registered privately.
Many of the reps that are associated with it and promoting it has been really going at it hard in the last 2 months of writing this review.
I know that this program has been around for a few years but I believe all the excitement is because the program has “re-launched” with a new look, new letter for mailing, and additional higher commissionable membership levels.
That is all that we have about the company information that we were able to find, let’s continue on to the next section.

With that said, let’s continue.
So, What Products Does 30 Day Success Formula Offer?
In this section of the review, we are going to take a look at the products that the 30 Day Success Formula offer.
This is one of the touchy subjects that I have seen many seasoned marketers and people are talking about online.
Many are saying because they don’t offer a retail option for the products the company offers to make it an illegal pyramid scheme.
But here is the thing that you need to realize about this business model…
The 30 Day Success Formula opportunity and business runs off the affiliate marketing business model NOT the MLM model.
So, when you take that into account, the law for affiliate programs does not require them to offer retail products for customers only purchase.
However, if you are accepting payment, then yes, you do need a product.
So, what are the products that the company offers?
The company calls the main product their “Courseware System”.
Here is basically what you will be getting for your membership:
- Digital Marketing Courses (8 modules that will offer education on marketing online)
- Discounts on Hotel and Travel
- A Secured Credit Card to Help You Build Your Credit Rating (extra cost)
- A Booking Manager For Hotel Stays
- E-commerce Website (extra cost)
With that said, they do offer the digital course for sale for $697.
So, when I have completed my research and the complaint was they don’t offer any retail products, first, they don’t need to because it is an affiliate program.
But then again, they do, but they also have products and services that you can use without promoting the program.
With that said, let’s move on to the next section.

How Does The 30 Day Success Formula Compensation Plan Work?
In this section of the review, we are going to take a look at how the compensation plan works, and how you can make money with the 30 Day Success Formula opportunity.
The way that the program is laid out on how to make money with it is by sending out your letter to 100’s or 1000’s of mailboxes and when they want to join you, they will then send you, your upline, and the company a letter with part of the enrollment fee.
However, there are many affiliate members that are also promoting the 30 Day Success Formula online.
Once your prospect pays these fees, that new member will have access to the products and also the ability to send out these letters to get paid in the same way.
The money that will be sent out to your upline members and company is recommended to use FEDEX with the overnight option.

Getting Started And Membership Levels
Now, there is a total of 6 membership options that you can join at which are:
- Level 1 (Total cost is $89) – Company gets $39, Sponsor 1 gets $30, and Sponsor 2 gets $20. At this level, you get module 1 of the digital product course that is offered.
- Level 2 (Total cost is $250) – Company gets $100, Sponsor 1 gets $100, and Sponsor 2 gets $50. At this level, you get modules 1 and 2 of the digital product course that is offered.
- Level 3 (Total cost is $1000) – Company gets $400, Sponsor 1 gets $400, and Sponsor 2 gets $200. At this level, you get modules 1 through 4 of the digital product course that is offered.
- Level 4 (Total cost is $2500) – Company gets $1,100, Sponsor 1 gets $1,000, and Sponsor 2 gets $400. At this level, you get modules 1 through 4 of the digital product that is offered. At this level, you get modules 1 through 8 of the digital product course that is offered.

- Level 6 (Total cost is $12,500) – Company gets $5,000, Sponsor 1 gets $6,000, and Sponsor 2 gets $1,500. At this level, you get modules 1 through 8 of the digital product course that is offered PLUS includes 1500 letters.
**You will only be able to earn the amount in commissions from the level that you personally joined the program at!
However, if you do sponsor someone that joins at a higher level than you joined, you will still earn money.
So, say if you joined at level 4 and you sponsor someone that joins you at level 5, you will earn the $1,000 commissions, which is great, but the remaining $1,000 that you would have received if you joined at level 5 will be passed upline to your next qualifying sponsor that is qualified at level 5.
Joining at the highest level which is level 6 will qualify you to earn the full amount from all levels.
That is really all there is to how the compensation plan works and how you can make money with the 30 Day Success Formula opportunity.
Additionally, if you do not wish to be an affiliate member you can purchase all 8 modules that the company offers for $697.
However, As an affiliate member selling, just the course is not really specified on what you can earn when you sell only the course if that is even an option.
Although, there is an illustration that says that you can earn $300 commissions on courseware sales, so I can only imagine that $300 per product purchase are the commissions that you can earn from the sale of just the course, but as I said, it is not clearly explained.
30 Day Success Formula offers products in the back office that you can earn from after someone joins for additional income.
When your member purchases these products you will earn 20% of the sale amount.
I believe this commission is earned from the eCommerce websites that you are offered to members after they join which range from $5,000 to $25,000 per eCommerce store.
With that said, let’s continue.

My 30 Day Success Formula Q and A Section
In this section of the review, I am going to answer some of the questions that people may have when thinking about joining the 30 Day Success Formula opportunity.
Is 30 Day Success Formula Accredited With The BBB?
No, 30 Day Success Formula is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau at this time.
However, I did see some information that the company is looking to get listed on the BBB for the accreditation process.
In my experience even when a company is not listed or not accredited, this is not a signal for it being a scam.
There are a TON of companies that are not accredited with the BBB that are found to be 100% legitimate.
I usually only refer to the BBB for additional information about the company and to compare the reviews and testimonials with the other resources I refer to.
What’s The Cost To Join the 30 Day Success Formula?
The minimum cost to get started with the 30 Day Success Formula is $89 which you will have to send 3 separate letters with various amounts in them as was explained above.
There is a total of 6 levels that you can join the opportunity and make money that includes:
- Level 1 – This level will cost $89 to join.
- Level 2 – This level will cost $250 to join.
- Level 3 – This level will cost $1000 to join.
- Level 4 – This level will cost $2500 to join.
- Level 5- This level will cost $5000 to join.
- Level 6 – This level will cost $12,500 to join.
If you just want to pick up the Digital Product with all 8 modules will cost $697.
Is 30 Day Success Formula A Scam or Legitimate Opportunity?
In my opinion, no, 30 Day Success Formula is not a scam.
There have been a ton of people calling it a scam, and having their own thoughts on the subject, so let’s dig into some of those questions.
Is This a Chain Letter Scam?
Chain letter scams are letters that are sent to people for them to join by sending money to you to join the program without any products involves, only money in exchange with no other value.
This is not what 30 Day Success Formula is about since they do offer products and services.
Is It Illegal To Send Cash Through The Mail?
No, absolutely not.
It is 100% legal to send cash through the US postal system.
However, if the person receiving the money does not report that income or money with the IRS when doing taxes, then yes, that is considered illegal.
Is The Program A Pyramid Scheme Because It Doesn’t Offer Retail Products?
Since they don’t offer multiple levels of an MLM compensation plan structure, then no, retail products are not required.
The company does offer products and services so that you actually get something for the money that you spend to join the program.
Now, for those that are saying that the products are not worth the cost, well I can argue that with a simple example.
Would you pay $10 for a pet rock that was sold to the masses?
No, me neither, but many people bought it, and made that person that sold it a ton of money!
If you want to sell a program and training, you can set that price to whatever you think it’s worth which is totally legal.
The price tag does not make a company a scam.
Can The Marketing Promotions and Practices Cause Legal Issues?
In my opinion, yes, absolutely!
This is the one major issue that I can see the company having with what the law requires or in this case “is prohibited” concerning internet marketing income claims.
When you make “promises of income”, or any “income claims”, the company and possibly you can get into legal troubles.
When you are operating a company where a ton of the promoting affiliate members is making promises of earning a ton of income with a sales message like, “In my first 30 days I earned XXX amount, you can do it too”, type of ads or videos, then there is an issue.
Even some of the content on the letter that is sent out to people have borderline (in my opinion) messages in it that might be considered “over the line” in a legal aspect when it comes to marketing.
Additionally, the actual company website has even more income statements.
This is what I see is the big “Red Flag” issue that can cause huge issues in a compliance aspect.
Well, I hope that clears some of the issues up that people are facing or asking, let’s continue.

My Final 30 Day Success Formula Review, Thoughts, and Bonus
In the final section of this review, I am going to share my final thoughts about the 30 Day Success Formula as a whole.
I have taken the time to research and review the information about the company, the products, and the compensation plan.
We have also shared our thoughts about why we do not think that 30 Day Success Formula is a scam but also gave our reasons for what can get them in trouble.
At this point, you should have a clear idea about what is it, how it works, what they offer, and how you can make money with it.
What are your thoughts about it so far?
But here is the question…
Would we recommend the 30 Day Success Formula?
No, we would not recommend the 30 Day Success Formula.
Even though we do not believe that the program is a scam, we do feel that the marketing practices the company and many of the reps are using online are not in compliance, and is the one (but major) issue that I can see the company getting into legal trouble with.
Can they fix it this issue?
At this point, due to the number of videos and promotions that are currently online, it would have to be a major overhaul of some kind.
With that said, I hope you enjoyed my 30 Day Success Formula review.
